How do you apply this and do you rinse it off

Answer:

It may be applied manually or with a pressure washer. For manual application, dilute 6 ounces of the cleaner into one gallon of water. Apply the solution to the surface with a long handle brush. Wait 5 minutes, rinse with a garden hose or high pressure spray nozzle. For use with pressure washers with downstream chemical injectors, add cleaner to machine or place siphon tube in bottle for automatic mixing. Apply to the surface using low pressure. Wait 5 minutes for cleaner to penetrate. Rinse with water using high pressure.

Question:	My ipe screen porch floor is graying where there is no rug. Will this bring it back to the dark color
Answer:	It should. If the staining is bad, I recommend manual application with a soft to medium bristle brush, and a 1-part OxySolve to 10-parts water mixture- apply, scrub, let sit wet for 4-5 minutes (but not dry or will be harder to remove) and rinse.
Question:	Does one have to use the brightener after using the wood cleaner? if the wood is already bright, can something else (like water?) be used

Answer:	This product is absolutely safe for automobiles and trucks. It can be used in a pressure washer or manually.
Question:	How many square feet will this product clean
Answer:	This product does not work the same way as car soap, although it can be used to wash a car. The chemistry is geared toward environmental pollutants, dirt and some road grime. It is not a degreaser, so if road tar, grease and oil are the issue using regular Simple Green All Purpose Cleaner or Simple Green Pro HD might be more effective.

The proprietary formulation of krud kutter deck and fence cleaner contains "sporex", a unique additive which removes tough stains from mildew, mold, algae, fungus and moss, and leaves the surface completely clean. In addition, special surfactants penetrate the surface to safely and easily dissolve the toughest stains from dirt, oil, grease, bird droppings, tree sap, and acid rain. Even removes gray weathering on wood, chalking and oxidation. Directions for pressure washer application: wet the surface to be cleaned, prior to applying the product. Place detergent application siphon tube and screen filter directly into container. Open meter valve (if applicable) for maximum product flow. For reservoir machines, pour product (full strength) into pressure washer. Spray at low pressure onto a wet surface. On vertical surfaces, always spray from the top down. Allow product to remain on the surface for 3 to 5 minutes to penetrate. Do not allow product to dry on surface. Remove siphon tube from solution and rinse surface with high pressure spray thoroughly. Flush siphon tube with clean water prior to storage. When using a pressure washer to clean painted surfaces, please be aware that water pressure alone may remove paint, or highlight existing discoloration caused by the sun’s uv. From the garden hose, rinse any nearby plants with clean water. Always test on an inconspicuous area first. Any overspray can be neutralized with large volumes of water. Do not mix this product with any other chemicals. Contains: a proprietary blend of biodegradable surfactants, detergents, and emulsifiers, in a water-based solution. No petroleum solvents, bleach or ammonia. Caution: Eye and skin irritant. In case of contact with eyes or skin, flush with water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention. Question:	We used Krud Kutter Driveway & Asphalt cleaner with a pressure washer to clean our garage floor. Now the garage smells horribly. Why
Answer:	Not sure why your inquiry was forwarded to me, because we used the Krud Kutter Deck and Fence cleaner, which is designed for wood products. We noticed no appreciable odor from that product, either while using or afterwards. However, both the deck and our stockade fence are both outdoors, so there wouldn't be any possibility of an odor buildup. Sorry I can't help. Hope someone else can . . .
Question:	Referring to overspray, is this cleaner vegetable garden friendly? It states on the container that it won't harm plants
Answer:	not sure about veggies. we've cleaned our deck and stockade fences with it, and the overspray never harmed either the adjacent grass or evergreen shrubs. Since you'll want to be able to eat your veggies, a call to the manufacturer might be in order.
Question:	would this be a good product to use to pressure wash a house prior to painting
Answer:	Have used it on my house with good results. Sometimes you have to help it along with a hand-held brush on tough-to-clean areas. Having said that, my power washer is a smaller one and less powerful than a lot of bigger, more powerful machines. I'd be careful that the spray isn't angled so that it gets under clapboards or shingles, possibly wetting the insulation beneath.
Question:	Is this product safe to use on aluminum
Answer:	I have used it on rain gutters which are aluminum. But they are painted. It cleaned them very well.
