They measure 6 1/2 " long by 2 3/4" wide, but because the filling is not full inside of each of the bags, they measure 4 1/2" long by 2 3/4" wide.We had to put 2 bags inside each shoe.due to the small size of the bags. After 3 weeks the shoes still smell slightly, and after wearing them for a day, the inserts had to be in the shoes for 3 weeks to get rid of most but not all of the smell. Better to wash then dry shoes, then spray with rubbing alcohol to sterilize the bacteria that causes the smell.

Answer:	I purchased the same product shown with your question, 6 each, same colors/patterns, from a chain store - I've had them for 2-4 years (they arrived in closed position, to use, turn to open) and they continue to work well. I bought a 2-pack for one pair of shoes from this vendor via Amazon, product had such a strong odor, I had to placed them in garage for two days. Unsure if each packaging has different fragrances, the balls in the pack you ask about was not overpowering, but who knows what might have changed in 2-4 years.

Answer:	Our products are made with essential oils, so if you're sensitive to essential oils I wouldn't recommend using them straight on your feet. Some of our customers do however. If you're unsure just test a small spot and see.

Answer:	It didn't work for me. Also it caused inflation in my foot
