Question:	Do you have to clean windows after use
Answer:	Yes, you do need to wipe down your windows after spraying. I waited until the wet n forget had dried before wiping the windows clean. The streaks came off so easily I didn’t need windex.

Answer:	NO it is not the same strength. They get you with this. It would have been nice to get to refill it but sadly it is not the same. I did do this but it did not even touch the moss I was treating.

Answer:	I used this product about 7 months ago and was disappointed in it. However, after 7 months of rain and snow, my garage is a lot cleaner. I would recommend this product, but be aware that it will take months for you to see a difference.
Question:	can i just buy the sprayer
Answer:	As samwichse observes, the Hose End product is 3 times more concentrated than the "concentrate", but is diluted by the sprayer 3 times more, resulting in the same amount of active ingredient in the final spray. Coverage rates are around 2000 square feet maximum for both products. In the end, according to my calculations, the hose end product is only about 2 cents per ounce more than the concentrate - 24 cents vs 22. Well worth it for the extra convenience, IMHO. And, no, I don't work for Wet and Forget. Just really like their product.

Answer:	I needed to also do that...don't know the size or pitch of your roof but best idea is go up there as I did. Safe if you take care and have someone turn on and off the water as you change containers. I did four containers for a 2700 sq ft tiled roof home. you'll see it work in about 30-60 days depending on temperature and rain. you might be able or tempted to use a ladder to shoot the stuff from the ground but you better have a pretty small house for that to be possible and do it right. took me about an hour or less for my house. wear socks for better grip on concrete non slippery tile and not crack the tiles.. good luck. I love the stuff.

Answer:	Used on roof, vinyl siding, painted concrete. Found it to be better than other products that made similar claims, just use as instructed.
Question:	Can I spray thiis on my back deck today, and paint the deck 4 days later without washing
Answer:	Wet & Forget does not work that fast. If you were to paint your deck four days after applying this product you would be wasting your money because Wet & Forget would not work at all. In order for Wet & Forget to work it must be exposed to the elements, e.g., sun and rain. I would pressure wash the patio lightly, let it dry completely and then paint or stain it.
Question:	Any luck with just dirty landscape bricks or is it just for mold and mildew
Answer:	I doubt that W&F would clean ordinary dirt, soil, grease, and similar stains from landscape bricks, but it does do a great job of removing mold, mildew, fungus, lichens, moss, etc. My experience with W&F is that when it kills the mold, mildew, fungus, moss, etc., with time the deposits of discoloration that those organisms put on the surface will also come off. I have an area of pavers by the side of my house that is in the shade almost all year so it tends to grow mold/mildew and lichens. When I apply W&F, almost immediately the mold/mildew changes color from black to brownish color, and gradually after a few weeks the brownish color goes away, too. Similarly with lichens and moss: First it changes from live green color to a dead brownish color, and then it goes away completely. This stuff is fantastic for killing "dirty" organisms like mold and mildew and also for removing most of the stains they leave behind, but it won't clean ordinary soil, grease, etc.

Question:	What's are the ingredients of the product
Answer:	My RV is 20 years old that we bought used a few years ago. The exterior wasn't in the best shape when we got it although the rig overall was in very good shape. When I used this product it made a very noticeable improvement to the finish, although as I put in my review it won't make it look new. The problem as I was told by a local detail shop was that the clear coat has simply worn away due to age and lack of proper care over the years. However, it made such an improvement in the appearance of the outside of the RV I was really impressed. It does make a difference on how the sun shines on it and the angle you look at it at but I suspect you might have the same issue as me. If your RV is newer and has been taken care of better than mine had, you may just have an issue with the application and buffing method you used.

Answer:	Hi sam, this product is not a soap.so no you can't use it to wash your car or boat. This product is a one step wax, i use it after i polish a boat with meguiars 49 oxydation remover. I think meguiars 51 is the soap and you may use that one.

Answer:	It all depends on when and how you grinder cycles. If it only cycles when it is say 3/4 full, and you put in the packet when it is almost empty, it will work just fine. If you drop it in just before it cycles, you will not get much benefit from the product.

Answer:	For those of you who are saying the House Wash and the Deck/Fence/Patio wash are the same, you are WRONG. The ingredients are the same, but the mixture is very different. The Deck/Fence/Patio formula is watered down to prevent damage to wood, paint, and stains. The House Wash's "other ingredients" are by far much more concentrated and powerful. I purchased both and I can tell you most assuredly that for tough mold/mildew on sidings, the House Wash is the one to purchase, otherwise you will be sorely disappointed. Also, if you look at the "cleans up to..." claim, you will see that the House Wash will treat over 5 times more in surface area.

Answer:	I suggest using a power washer with the composite cleaner. Power wash stain. then apply cleaner and scrub with a sturdy brush and power wash again, you may have to do this a couple of times.

Answer:	Yes, but the amount the pipes bend depends a lot upon the PSI of your power washer. With a 3100 PSI (e.g. Subaru Power Washer from Costco), using all extension tubes and an added rotating turbo nozzle, I saw a total bend of about 1 foot across the entire 102 inche length, mostly at the joints (this comes in about 2 ft sections, with water tight seals between each). There was less bend when using the included nozzle tips, but the results in cleaning the gutter were less spectacular as well. Honestly, that's a lot of pressure/ torque to be handling at 102 inches, and I personally removed a few sections to shorten the end for better control.

Answer:	Isn’t this tool designed for those who don’t want to climb a ladder? Why get on your roof to use this, then you wpild need a ladder to get up there in the first place? I’ve cleared my gutters from the ground using something similar and didn’t need to see what was going on, because the backed up water swooshed down the drain pipe so quickly it was obvious that the gutter was cleared. It’s been several years, until recently, that I’ve had to do that. But, I do understand many live next to big trees, etc., which call for closer attention. But why get on your roof?!

Answer:	I pick up mostly anything but my neighbor had maple trees growing, a single mom, Her gutter were 100% full of soil and trees . Packed tight ,This tool will not get that out. you could hire a pro this one time. Once gutter is clean clean them 1 to 4 Times a year. I clean them 4 times a year but I have trees over my roof. It takes me 5 min to clean my gutter when kept clean .I only have to clear the gutter near the downspouts, this is where all the leaves wind up.

Answer:	It will pick up wet leaves better than dry ones, which it tends to catch one leaf at a time. What's important, however, is that you need to have very wide gutters. We have normal-width gutters with the shingles slightly overhanging. For me, the tool would go into the gutter, but then get stuck. Had to twist and turn it to get it out, which usually caused me to lose the leaves it had grabbed. All two times, that is, because then the plastic simply broke during the twisting and turning, and that was the end of it.

Answer:	There are many of these products for sale nowadays. I'm a professional roof cleaner and I am looking forward to the day that one of these things actually work. I have tried quite a few now and none worked. I'd like an alternative to what the roofing manufacturers specify BLEACH + Water. Anything that this will do, a 40% mixture of pool chlorine and water will do better! For starters, these products almost always say to clean with a pressure washer, after applying. Using a common 3500 psi machine will clean a roo, if you spray baby shampoo on it! Pressure washers ruin shingled roofs, by blasting the granules off and snapping tabs off. On tile, a pressure washer ill etch into the cement-pitting it. It will also remove the factory UV protection glazing and blow pieces of ridge cap cement off into space! 2ndly, most warranties are for 30 to 90 days. Answer:	I only have brick on the frt of the house and there was no problem. I used a tank sprayer to put it on and there was very little if any run off.

Answer:	It can't be applied by a hose end garden sprayer because its a powder that is oxygen based that when mixed with water needs 15-20 minutes of "activation" time before applying it to the roof, a hose end bottle doesn't provide enough activation time. The more times the product is stirred the greater that oxygen activation, the greater the results. It's best to mix this up in a 5 gallon bucket or small trash can or drum then use a water/sump pump with a hose attachment something you'd use to drain a pool or water transfer pump and spray the roof with the attached garden hose or can activated then poured into a 2 gallon garden style pump sprayer and sprayed on the roof. Water transfer pumps can be rented at local hardware stores or tool rental businesses if you don't own one.

Answer:	I have been a professional roof cleaner since 1989. To be more precise, I would need to know what state you are in, what the roof is made of - tile, asphalt shingles, wood shakes etc. But in general, moss is among the hardest of fungi to remove, much harder than black or green algae for instance. In general, the 1st thing to do is forget these "Homeowner Special" gimmick products. No roofing manufacturer, to my knowledge has EVER suggested you play with these money making gimmicks! All the roofing manufacturer moss, algae, mildew removal systems they specify, say to use Bleach sodium hypochlorite - best bought at a pool store - and to apply it with NO BRUSHING, NO PRESSURE WASHERS, NO GIMMICKS AT ALL! Their roof cleaning mix is cheap and works, without damage to the roof's integrity-which is the opposite of power washing, scrubbing, or worst of all, Surface Cleaning Machines look like a floor buffer Mix is 33% Sodium Hypochlorite - again, buy it at a pool store, where it is fresher 10% to 13% and much cheaper than old shelved 8% Clorox type sodium hypochlorite bleach. Using a 100 gallon tank, such as I use, as an example--Put in 65 to 70 gallons of water, THEN add 29 to-34 gallons of the bleach SH { You may add TSP, as the roofing mfg say, but it's not necessary } then during that last missing gallon or so, to reach a full 100 gal tank, add 44-64 ounces of original Gain dish liquid it's the only product readily available, that is totally compatible with the chlorine bleach. You are adding 1 gallon of water in the end, to mix in the Gain, without making it foam all up! Protect all shrubs and plants around the roof edge drip line, with tarps and constant watering and this is where a DIY homeowner cleaning usually gets you on the phone, finding a professional "Soft Wash" contractor to do the job! Answer:	You bought the refill. It's best to use their hose end sprayer bottle. I also bought the refill but I have and old hose end sprayer that can be dialed to specific ounces (it was for applying liquid fertilizer) and I set the dial to 2 ounces and sprayed my walkway and it worked great.
