Answer:	Both of my bottles of 128 Oz Clorox Clean-up arrived with white tape around the cap which attached the cap securely to the top of the Clorox container. I assumed this was to prevent leaking during transport. 128 ounces is a lot of bleach to deal with if the cap should come loose during shipping. The Clorox Clean-up that I received smells just like the Clorox Clean-up that I purchase at the supermarket, so I assume that it is the same product. Read the label of this product to determine whether you can use it full strength or if it needs to be diluted, depending on whether the label is blue or green. Hope this helps.

Answer:	There is no effective difference. The active ingredient in both is sodium hypochlorite, and it is in exactly the same amount-- 1.84%. They are also both identical to the ingredients in the smaller spray bottles. No need to dilute either the blue or green-labeled product, unless you are mopping floors or want to dilute it for some other reason. Just refill your spray bottles and go!

That said, I never empty the toilet bowl, I just clean above the water line first while I have all the cleaner on the head and then work my way down into the water. The water will slowly rinse the cleaning product off the head but the bowl will get clean before that happens!

Answer:	No this doesn't work on on hard water and rust stains. I moved in with my mother to be her caregiver due to her dementia which had turned into Alzheimer's. Since she lived alone no one really knew just what was happening in the house. Well she had stopped routinely flushing the toilet and OMG it was so very gross!!! It was almost black with calcium deposits and rust. I was trying everything but nothing worked UNTIL I found my MIRACLE PRODUCT, "Lysol toilet cleaner for lime and rust". It is in a regular lysol plastic bottles, I think it is 24 ounces and the bottle is mostly black. Anyway I put the thick viscous gel liquid in the toilet and basically forgot about it. So after about an hour I went back in there and was shocked to see floating on the surface of the water several "skins" of the calcium/rust floating on top of the water. Go figure !! I had been fighting this for months, trying all these different products and this is the MAGIC ONE Lysol for lime and rust.

Question:	can you use this product on colored clothes
Answer:	That's a good question! If it was me, I would be cautious about using these on a food/ water bowl, just because there may be residual traces of bleach, which may cause some gastric irritation for the dog if it's ingested. Maybe rinse them thoroughly after the bleach wipe has had time to work and let them dry a bit before filling?

Answer:	Are you asking if Clorox will remove the color of the Formica you have on your counter top, or are you asking if it will remove a stain your Formica top might have absorbed. I use Clorox Bleach on my wood pattern Formica top, and it "has not damaged" the wood-grain pattern on my counter. Formica is not a porous material and unless a very highly permanent color dye accidentally spilled on your Formica, you should not have to worry about using this Clorox Bleach Germicidal Cleaner Spray! If you are hesitant, try using a spot of cleaner in on an area of your Formica that is not exposed for anyone to see.

Answer:	If all depends on who the supplier is. I have never received a knockoff through and from Amazon. I suppose if it is from another vendor but delivered by Amazon it could be fake. If it is not delivered by Amazon, you are on your own; very possibly fake. I feel like Amazon should do a better job of verifying this, but when you consider that vendors can just click on an item and list themselves as a seller, it is almost impossible to police this! I do know they try. Some vendors just try harder.

Answer:	I have not noticed ANY scent with these. We love them. Admittedly, I have not stuck my head into the toilet bowl but no scent comes wafting up that I can detect. (my husband concurs)

Answer:	From the company: Concentrated Simple Green products that are in spray bottles can be used full strength. The product is very effective for cleaning heavy grease and soils when used as is. All of the safety features are based on full strength product. For an economical, lighter cleaning solution the concentrated Simple Green products can also be diluted at ratios ranging from 1:1 (equal parts Simple Green and water) up to 1:30 (just an ounce per quart of water) depending on the surface type and how heavily soiled it is. For very light cleaning and reflective surfaces an even higher dilution ratio can be used. One teaspoon of Simple Green can make 3 cups of extra light cleaning solution for very light cleaning and for some glass and reflective surfaces.From me: Out of convenience (laziness?) I don't bother mixing it with water until I've used about the first 1/3 of the bottle. From then on I periodically add water... lasts FOREVER.
