Return policy isn't great here is the response I got: very sorry to hear your battery is no longer working for you. It comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty and will most certainly help you process claim. Before doing so, have you tried rebooting the charge in battery? In order to reboot, allow the battery to charge uninterrupted for 24 hours as sometimes the battery needs to be regenerated. It may need 1-2 full charging cycles before the battery’s performance is optimized. Would you consider having your battery tested at a reputable battery seller (ie. AutoZone or Batteries Plus)? There, they can provide you with load test results in the form of a receipt or written out on an official letterhead that we can forward to the manufacture for replacement without return of the defective battery. If that does not provide solution, we will need to work with the manufacturer to exchange the unit for you.
