I will tell you however I use it for scanning negatives and the device is excellent. there are no pixels in the background and it has 3 levels of brightness. Answer:	Hi Nancy, I don't know your dive computer but I did look up the manual for Suunto Cobra Dive Computer and it specifies CR2450 battery. They don't indicate any other requirements regarding the battery. The key is to install it properly, new O ring, probably lightly greased with silicone grease. I have a different brand of dive computer and have installed batteries regularly in mine. In fact, if I'm not using it for a long time I remove the battery.
