Answer:	People, it has to be tight to be waterproof! Holding the camera in your left hand, use your left thumb to push the door down AND open (away from the center of the camera) while using your other thumb to push the gray latch to the left, in order to change batteries or access MicroSD card. It just takes a little patience and practice.

Answer:	It is NOT simple; due to the waterproof feature the housing is very tight.Hold the camera in your left hand with your thumb on the raised letters CEFC ( thus the switch that moves the mode from portrait to landscape will be towards your body; and the lens of the camera should be facing to your right). Press down with medium force and with your right hand slide the battery compartment latch while moving your left thumb forward. Once you have replaced the batteries or MICROSD memory card securely slide the cover back. Make sure the cover is SECURE. Wiggle it about back and forth etc to be sure. If ANY water enters this area the camera could be damaged permanently.

Answer:	The sync module 2 will still function like a traditional sync module, compatible with all generations of Blink cameras, however, only Blink Indoor and Outdoor and Blink Mini cameras will be compatible with local storage functionality. All other generations of cameras (indoor, XT and XT2) will be cloud based if/when they are added to the SM2. All existing customers who have an account created on or before 4/15/2020 will receive free cloud storage on all devices added to their account going forward, including Mini, and Blink Indoor and Outdoor.

Answer:	The recording starts immediately upon motion sensing. The *Early Notification* Beta setting alerts you within 5 seconds of motion detection, and you can access the Live View from your phone and choose whether you'd like to keep the live view clip. The live view clip then saves for as long as you'd like to continuously watch (which you'll be prompted to do), otherwise, you'll recorded clip will only be as long as you sell it to be(upto 60 seconds) with a cool down of 10seconds between clips with motion. Also, you can toggle whether you want it to stop recording 2seconds after motion end, or allow it to always record for the triggered clip length. I purchased mine mid- December 2020, and it works amazingly.
Question:	How are these different than my Blink XT2 cameras
Answer:	I just spoke with a Blink representative on the phone, he informed me that if you have a blink account activated before 4/15/20 using the older cameras (i.e. XT2), if you purchase the new cameras, they can be added to your existing system and they will be able to utilize the free cloud storage since the account is grandfathered in. The cloud storage paid plan is only for accounts made after 4/15/20.

Question:	Prone to leaking
Answer:	Even though this item says it is for 4" dryer ducts, the brush head that came with my kit is only 3 1/8 inches in diameter. It doesn't reach all sides of the duct. Not happy at all. Even on straight duct, it only works partially.

Answer:	The brush is a spiral and works just like a drill bit. When you use a drill bit, the displaced wood is pushed up and out of the hole. The lint brush pushes the lint and any debris out of the duct ahead of it. The lint was pushed out toward the vent cover and caught in a garbage bag. We have about 22 feet of duct and the brush worked great. After my new dryer was installed, I dried a load of clothes and noticed a red light was on next to "check dryer vent". I got the dryer duct cleaning brush, we cleaned out the duct and the red check vent light went out and the red light next to good airflow came on. Great product and fairly easy to use.
