Question:	Prone to leaking
Answer:	Even though this item says it is for 4" dryer ducts, the brush head that came with my kit is only 3 1/8 inches in diameter. It doesn't reach all sides of the duct. Not happy at all. Even on straight duct, it only works partially.

Answer:	The brush is a spiral and works just like a drill bit. When you use a drill bit, the displaced wood is pushed up and out of the hole. The lint brush pushes the lint and any debris out of the duct ahead of it. The lint was pushed out toward the vent cover and caught in a garbage bag. We have about 22 feet of duct and the brush worked great. After my new dryer was installed, I dried a load of clothes and noticed a red light was on next to "check dryer vent". I got the dryer duct cleaning brush, we cleaned out the duct and the red check vent light went out and the red light next to good airflow came on. Great product and fairly easy to use.

Answer:	You MUST run your drill in the "forward" (clockwise) mode at all times, or the threaded components will unthread. Since I have a long dryer vent pipe, I ran it from both ends to get full cleaning. There is no need to ever run it in reverse. Just push or pull it while rotating your drill clockwise. I connected a Shopvac to the opposite end to suck out the debris while I was using the brush, and that worked fine. I don't know the value of leaving the dryer on.

Answer:	Every other time I've ordered directly from Amazon, I got exactly what expected- the batteries in the standard bulk tray packaging and all seemed good. This last time I got a bunch of blister packs that were not duracell packaging inside a sealed bubble mailer inside a non amazon box and they took forever (&yes ship/sold by amazon). I'm not sure they are even keeping track of their own stock let alone checking the authenticity of the batteries at this point.

Answer:	When fresh out of the package, common AA Alkaline are 1.5V. The Ultimate Lithium are 1.8V; Confirmed with my voltmeter while powering a low current device (35mA current draw).

Answer:	These batteries are outstanding. They are also pricey. But are they worth it? Basically yes but tricky. They last about 3x as long as a standard alkaline battery but seem to cost about 3x as much. I'm running a test on them in a device designed to discharge batteries at a controlled rate and measure the total power output. A rechargeable Eneloop delivered 1909 mah with a discharge rate of 200 ma. That a somewhat high discharge rate but not crazy high. That 200 ma discharge rate is appox half way between low and medium on a typical LED flashlight. I got 1813 mah out of a Duracell copper top alkaline battery. The Engergizer Lithium battery I'm testing delivered 2640 mah and it's still going strong at 1.21 volts. It's going to make it well past 3500 mah. Note there is variability between batteries even of the same type but they tend to be similar. Other pluses about these lithium batteries are they don't leak, they last up to 20 years, they are noticeably lighter, you don't have to change them out as often because they last 2.5x to 3x as long. But worth the price premium? You decide.

Question:	What's the difference between "Energizer Max" and just "Energizer" batteries
Answer:	first of all, rechargeable batteries are only 1.2 volts where as a regular alkaline or these lithium batteries are 1.5 volts. It does not take very long at all for the rechargeable batteries to go below the voltage that will actually run a device. A regular alkaline battery such as the Amazon regular alkaline batteries I have been lasting me and my mouse several months and I use it almost all day everyday at work. The lithium batteries are Jenna Lee Designed to last from five to ten times as long as the regular alkaline batteries. So unless you have a mouse that has something wrong with it and is draining the batteries at a very high rate the lithium batteries should last you for several months. Personally for a mouse I would use Amazon's regular alkaline batteries or the Eveready or Duracell alkaline batteries. What I use the lithium batteries for are very high drain items such as my professional flash unit for my digital camera. And they last a very long time in that flash.

Answer:	Mark Edward Lewis ("cinemasound" web-site) has made a very nice systematic comparison of various primary AA batteries in 2019 ("SHOWDOWN: Best AA Battery") in a "real-life"-like conditions. According to this they last 23-50% less depending on what you power. If changing them more often is not critical for your application then it all depends on a price per battery. This 100x pack is very cheap per battery so usually they will win. However, it can be possible to buy Energizer max in bulk relatively cheap as well, so then they can come close and the winner will depend on a particular application (battery duration).

When I click the link, that spec is nowhere to be found. I use these for wireless microphones at my church. They work great. The nubs are slightly short so I do have to seat them in really good but they are excellent.

They are made in China and have the capacity rating of 2000mAh. Question:	Has anyone else had a problem with these? I had them plugged in for over 12 hours and the light never turned green
Answer:	I purchased the white label 1900mAh batteries and black labeled 2000mAh batteries several years ago. Contrary to other's comments, the white batteries are still charging up to full capacity, and the black batteries have all lost significant capacity. White labels say "made in japan" and black labels "made in china". Mfg Date of black batteries is AUG2014, and white batteries have "201409" imprinted. These have all been charged in the same MH-C9000 WizardOne from the beginning.
Question:	does it matter which slot tbe batteries are in? my old chsrger had to use the middle slots if only charging 2 for instance
Answer:	1a would be .5 C with these 2000mah cells.. I checked the IR of these cells and with my Turbo Matched 30 from Competition Electronics (these are a 1500 dollar cell matching system that we professional RC on road and off road car and truck guys used to match cells. Very important and HIGH TECH for the time system. Was made for Nicd cells but worked equally well on Nimh cells when they came out) and matched them to get well matched pairs for practice cells for Mod Mini Z cars and boats.. I used Enloop cells for race days and practice with these.. these cells give a solid 2050 to 2100mah handle, will give me long run times and with cells matched with a 6 amp discharge will give me a avg voltage of about 1.02v per cell over 25 minutes, my well massaged Eneloop 2kMah cells i match at 8.5 amps they give me a avg May of 1980 to 2020mah and will hold a avg Voltage of 1.06V per cell at 8.5 amp load over 25 minutes. Point is these cells are a very good value, even in high load usage these cells stand up a lot better then similarly priced Nimhs from other brands.. these cells offer 85% the performance of Eneloop at less then half the cost.. the cells hold up well until about 200 cycles then they deff start to have noticablly lower avg voltage over time at the same discharge curve.. but that's in higher load apps then most people will be using them for.. I charge these cells at .75C or 1.5 amps, at 1.5 amps the cells are slightly warm off the charger and that's how I want them, slightly warm when ready to run as the IR will be lower with a warm cell over a room temp one giving me less voltage sag as the cell warms up under load... These cells will be slightly above ambient temp of charged at .5C or 1 amp, the warmth will start to happen once the cell reaches about 90^% full charge and progressively get warmer until peak charge.. at .75C charge or 1.5 amps you will notice the cells are a fair bit warmer then ambient temp and this has it's use for high load apps like my Mini Z's and some times I'll even charge them at 1C or 2 amps.. that will make for a fairly hot pack BUT will give me the highest voltage under load for the first 25 to 30% of the charge... but will ABSOLUTELY shorten the cells life and I would not recommend doing that UNLESS you know what you are doing to the cell and understand the cells life will be cut by good bit.. meaning if I get 200 really good cycles on a set of cells when charging them at .75C or 1.5 amps, moving to a 1C or 2 amp charge will know it's really good cycles life down to 100 to 125... but you will have less voltage sag/higher voltage under load taking the very warm cells off the charger and straight to using them then if you was to charge them at a lower rate and have cooler cells... Charge at 1 amp and you will be happy with these cells .5C and under will give you the longest cell life for sure..

Answer:	Amazon keeps switching up the game to keep us guessing. As of 7/20/2019, the black label/green top batteries are definitely made in CHINA not japan (just received some, and I'm sending them back). None of Amazon's descriptions state whether or not either the black, silver, or white batteries are made, so I would assume that they are all Chinese at this point, which implies all of the manufacturing, quality, and supply chain issues Chinese batteries are famous for at this point. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars for eneloop or energizer, etc.

Question:	It says 24 in the description but 48 in the title, which is it
Answer:	There are 10 in the size pack you attached. I also went to the page and it is showing all the packaging options. It is a confusing page. It does say 10 in the beginning with price, shipping, no need to scroll. My opinion I use energizer I have had many items not work with Duracell. Energizer has 48 aa and 48aaa packs under $15. I used Duracell in my drone and watched it go up and up and up til it was gone, never found it. Directions said to not use Duracell energizer must be used.
