Question:	Is the bottle recyclable
Answer:	Don’t think they are the same. The number of “functions” on top of the different products is not the same. If one goes to any of Miele's European websites, you will see that each product’s data sheet clearly shows different formulations for each product. The Ultra Tabs and Power tabs formula is very similar. The Ultra Tabs All in One formula is very different and half a page longer than the other two.

Question:	I put this in dishwasher two hours ago on hottest cycle and it is still running. Is that normal
Answer:	It depends on your dishwasher and factors such as the incoming water temperature and cycle selected. If the incoming water is not 140 F, your dishwasher will take longer to complete the cycle since the dishwasher will pause the timer till the heater in the dishwasher brings the temperature to the adequate temperature. Be patient it should not take too much longer, unless there is an issue with the heater/heating element. If you begin to wash the dishwasher regularly the calcium build up on the heating element will disappear. Hope this helps.

Answer:	You need to run the hot water in the kitchen sink to purge the cold water out of the lines before starting the dishwasher. This ensures that only hot water is going into your dishwasher. Newer models do not heat up the water and rely on the water already being hot when it enters the dishwasher. COnsidering I have to run my water for over 3 minutes to get hot water at my kitchen sink, and the fill cycle on my dishwasher doesn't even last 1 minute, there will be no hot water in my dishwasher if I did not purge it of the cold water first. I am an appliance repair tech and this comes straight from manufacturers. This is the same as when you do dishes as well. Always purge the cold water from the hot water lines BEFORE starting the dishwasher. It ensures that all the water entering the dishwasher is at least 125 degrees (depending on temp setting on the water heater).

Answer:	Yes. It attaches on the back wall of the dishwasher and goes right under the top dish rack. I have already replaced this very part and it was very easy

Remove empty container from dishwasher once the cycle is complete. Your machine should be clean and not have a toxic smell.

Answer:	Yes! I think I've just learned a hint that might help you. Of course, have your water temp hot enough (120-140 degrees F) and clean your filters and spinner arms regularly. Helpful Hint: once dishwasher is completely loaded with dirty dishes, take a paper towel and thoroughly (obsessively??) wipe dry the dispenser where you will put the Pac. If there is any moisture at all, the Pac may begin softening/dissolving, but then hardens when the heat,even of the water, begins. Then the Pac adheres to the dispenser or only partially empties, hardening rather than dissolving. (I obviously don't know the science behind this, but after 2 months of having to do all our dishes twice, I am so relieved to find a simple answer to an annoying and wasteful and inefficient situation. Question:	Are these arriving stuck together still a common issue? i want to subscribe but not if it's going to be a hassle
Answer:	My dishwasher has a compartment that they go into. But I have just thrown one in before for extra soap and nothing bad happen...So yeah I think it would be fine just don't let them touch the heating element, Put it in the corner farthest away from the heat :-)
Question:	Diswasher has to places for soap. First is open the second dispenser has a lid on it. Which do I use
Answer:	I have really hard water so I have to have salt in my water softener or else I still have hard water spots on my dishes with these pods. So, I think that would depend on how hard your water is.
Question:	I'm curious? Since When did "2 day prime" become 7 days
Answer:	Solid powder. I love these pods, they work very well.
