Answer:	The handle is strong. My only complaint is the connection at the bottom; the shaft comes in four parts, and the top three are sturdy and will not twist. The bottom part (that holds the actual broom/washcloth twist around all the time. Quite annoying! But to answer your question, the handle/shaft itself is strong and does not bend.

Answer:	Hello Julia- The Pine Sol (as you stated) etched your marble because it is acidic. Our Phosphoric Acid Cleaner is an acidic based cleaner that will only etch your marble further. You will need some type of restoration process to correct the etching you have on your marble. Our Mira Hone might be able to assist you in restoring the marble, but any honing/polishing powder will only be as effective as the condition the stone is in. Answer:	I would use Muratic acid for your local home store. Cheaper and faster. Wear gloves though.
Question:	How would this do for small debris that collects on tile/hardwood
Answer:	They never delivered the product which was ordered in March. I have been trying since April to even get them to respond to me. I also really want the product so have not requested a refund but twice requested information about the shipment. Because it is dangerous goods it travels by ground and there was no tracking information. If after the third attempt to reach them fails I will request a refund. I cannot recommend the product as I never received it but I can say I do not recommend the supplier.
