Question:	Are the silicone pads heat conductive
Answer:	They are hot when you take them out of the oven. It takes a little while to cool down after removing them from the cookie sheets. They cool down much faster then any cookie sheet. They work so much better than parchment paper, don’t turn brown like the paper. I used them over and over again while making Christmas Cookies. After Cooling, put the cookie dough on the pads, as soon as the oven was empty back in the cookie sheet and in the oven. It made cooking 6 dozen cookies faster because I did not wait for the cookie sheet to cool all the way down.
Question:	Are These ok to use on an induction cooktop to help pans from sliding
Answer:	These answers are wrong. Induction does work with silicon mats. You do need to have proper metal pans, but induction does conduct thru the silicon. Have been using them with success to minimize mess on cooktop and prevent scratching from bottom of pans. Would not use them on extreme high setting for a long time. But simmering and normal cooking work fine with a quality mat.
Question:	can you cut these to fit pan
Answer:	None of them apparently fit standard pans. I'm cutting one to find out if they can be cut. If you do before me, please let me know.

Answer:	I assume so since they are silicon, not plastic. I researched it and found this: “While not a “100% natural” material like rubber, food-grade silicone is a non-toxic polymer mostly made from silica (sand). And guess what, l even scrub them using a mild aluminum pad. There’s also another thing l want buyers to know that l always have on hand : The Bar Keepers Friend. This white powder is magic! I mixed it with Dawn dishwashing liquid and cleaning is a breeze. I used these pans about 3 times weekly and they still look nice and shiny!!! Meanwhile l wash them by hand.

Question:	Can you confirm it comes with the handle
Answer:	Description says it comes with steel handle. We've had one of these mops for around thirty years and have never had a problem. Just be sure to rinse it well after each use. We keep one on each floor(3) of our home.
Question:	How long does the mop head last
Answer:	I've had terrible luck with these, I guess. Several times, I've had mop heads tear apart within the first few uses. One tore away from the clasp on literally the first push. The handles may last forever, but the heads are a roll of the dice.
Question:	Does this mop fit the casabella refill offered here on Amazon
Answer:	Depends on your mops head size. I had an original mop of Casabella and this was such poor quality, I returned it. The handle wouldn’t even fit together.
Question:	How well does the roller dry the sponge/mop head? Would like to find a mop that will do damp mopping, not "wet" mopping
Answer:	I love this mop and ordered a 2nd one in case it becomes unavailable. It definitely mops a lot drier than any other mop I've tried and, as a consequence, the floors dry more quickly. I think that not only does the roller dry the sponge well, but that the sponge itself doesn't absorb so much water. I highly recommend this mop.

Question:	We just got a lab puppy and are looking for a good mop. Is the Casabella® Cotton Wring Leader Mop a good mop? Is it durable? Is it long lasting
Answer:	I have no idea. I do not have one.
Question:	Write-up says it is 100% cotton, yet the video calls it "micro-fiber." Which is it
Answer:	They have both, each different, video does not mean much, you have to get cotton for cotton, and microfiber for microfiber. for replacement heads. the mop in the picture that say's its cotton is cotton,
Question:	Can you wash the mop head
Answer:	I've never washed the mop head in a washing machine if that is what you mean. It has the hard plastic piece that gets screwed on to the mop and I didn't want it banging around in my washing machine. I would just wash it out by soaking it in clean water in a bucket or sink. Hope that helps.
Question:	how do i replace the mop - to rermove it from the handle
Answer:	If you're not able to copy and paste that link into your browser here are the steps: turn your mop upside down and pull the grey handle with the Orange button up towards the top. Now twist The top of the mop clockwise. The entire assembly will unscrew so that you can lift it off. Pull the cotton mop head off the gray handle. Now just slide your replacement over the handle, and do the entire procedure in reverse. It sounds a lot more complicated than it is. Hope this helps :-)

Easy to Replace Mop Head Refill

To replace the mop, simply unscrew the plastic top under the mop head. Then, remove the grey piece by pushing the orange button. Remove the cotton refill. To put the new refill on, slide the mop over the grey piece at the opposite end of the screw on piece. The place the grey piece and mop over the cleaning pole.Twist the threaded piece back onto the pole.
