Answer:	I got this as a gift just over a year ago and the same thing happened to me. I called Bulb Head and they said since I didn't have a receipt I would have to send the broken bucket back to them. Pushing the pedal down causes the head to spin at the end of the handle, releasing the excess water so it’s not too wet when you put it to the floor.

Answer:	No, the bristles are too soft to go into carpet fibers. The instructions clearly say that it's for hard floors only. And on hard floors, it works great.

The spin brush really helps me, and they weren't kidding when they said it would pick up big pieces. My dog knocked her food out of the dish and the spin brush picked it all up. Answer:	I think the dirty water goes into the spin bucket. You then would need to rinse the mop into the clean water and then either hand rinse out water or put in the spinner.

Answer:	I wish I could answer this question for you. However, I have two different spin mop sets that are not the Hurricane mop brand and they fit perfectly on my mops. These mop heads have a plastic circular base that snap into the bottom of my spin mops. If you're spin mop has this same method, they just may work. Make sure these are the same measurements as your spin mop heads. Hope this helps! 😊
