Question:	Can it be used on laminate floors
Answer:	All the answers below I agree with . I grind flax seeds to put in my protien drinks. The flax seeds ( and whatever I grind including coffee) always result in a smooth consistent grind. This is by far the best grinder out there. The addition of removable cups makes it easy for washing. I have had this unit for a few months now, use it constantly and have had no issues.

Answer:	Yes it dose, Also each has a plastic cover for storage of the chopped items in the grinding pan.
Question:	Why can’t this be used on tile floors
Answer:	If by "leak" you mean escape from the metal canister at the shaft the answer is, no. I am 100% with this unit for spice and coffee with no complaints. I do find that finer grinds accumulate under the blade and are more densely packed then above it and when that needs to be uniform I manually stir the contents loosening that pack with the back of a spoon and run the machine a second time for a more uniform grind.
Question:	Where is the battery on this thing? Can’t find it for the life of me

Question:	How do I figure out when it's time to replace for a new pad, or it's supposed to change a new pad after every clean
Answer:	I change it after every pass. I figured that I could probably figure it out pretty easily, and determine when it was dirty enough to remove and throw away, but now when I go from one of the room the other, I just have stacks of pads on both sides, positioned at every other row/pass of cleaning, and I replace the pad. I never see any dirt, so that's telling me that the cleaner is working.

Question:	How do i get the pads to stay on the wet jet
Answer:	As long as you clean up spills and sticky areas before mopping, I have no issues with a sticky residue. Just don't over spray the floor AND change out your pads when they are dirty. If you just keep using the same pad (to save money) you are moving the dirt and now wet grime all over the floor. I also suggest you still use a string mop every couple months, or as often as you feel necessay, to be sure you aren't leaving a build up. I love this for quick cleaning, without the extra time and mess of a standard mop and bucket.

Answer:	The only difference seems to be that the Pet refills seem to have Febreeze freshener. We have a cat. We love the Heavy Duty refills. They are Unscented.

Answer:	I don’t, the SoClean pushes the ozone into the water initially to start the circulation of the disinfectant. Without the device I would notice the reservoir needed cleaning every few days. I clean it out weekly.

Answer:	I can't speak to other reviews, but I'll give you my 2 cents. I've been on CPAP / APAP therapy for nearly 20 years, and am on my 3rd machine, a ResMed S-9. I think this SoCLean 2 is great. I've had the SoClean 2 CPAP cleaner for two years. I like it. I guess some folks don't like the smell of the ozone that is used to sterilize the mask, hose and water tank, but it doesn't bother me, in fact I like it. I don't usually clean my mask in the cleaner, I just do that by hand with some liquid Ivory hand soap I still have on hand. I found if you clean the whole headgear and mask set up in the cleaner, it causes the mask to deteriorate more quickly than I think it should - you can tell when the mask starts to turn yellowish that it needs to be replaced. I don't use the SoClean 2 every day, more like 2 - 3 times a week, and that seems good. Definitely good to know that the bacteria, mold and viruses are killed by the ozone treatment. This machine, coupled with regular cleaning of the tank and mask, should help you be more relaxed about your therapy. Breathing is a pretty important thing - breathing clean air is pretty important too.

Answer:	It depends on how dirty your floors are. Grout, no. It won't hurt it, but it also won't get in between it, just brush over the surface. Ceramic tile, yes. My tile has never been THAT dirty (we don't have pets and we don't wear shoes around the house), so I don't know how well it would work on super dirty floors, but for everyday tidying up, this does the job just fine.
Question:	questions. Is this durable? Is this portable? ie. can you collapse the boom stick to make it easier to transport
Answer:	I am on my 4th pole in 2 years. Not used for more than about 12 square feet a few times a week. So, if 6 months of use is durable, then yup! Regardless of durability, convenience cant be beat. So I just keep buying them!
Question:	can you replace the swiffer wipes with other similar size microfiber cloths to clean with
Answer:	I read a post by Lady Lynnea suggesting Black Diamond Floor Cleaner and mopping with a microfiber cloth roughly fitted for the Swiffer mop. I didn't exactly care for the Swiffer wipes. Too wet at first and then too dry. So I followed L.L.'s suggestion, using the Black Diamond spritz and a microfiber cloth (which I scissored to size) from Target (5 for 6 bucks). The cloths are thick and lightly nubby, which is perfect for floors. Boy, was the cloth ever dirty after I cleaned the kitchen floor. On both sides too. And that was only 3 days after the Swiffer wipe treatment, which in turn came a few days after the usual sponge mop with detergent-in-water wiped dry with towels. (What a pain.) The cloth, of course, needed some serious cleaning after. All that dirt with no more kids , grandkids, or pets to bring in dirt. But there must have been a lot of accumulation over time. My thanks to Lady L. for the heads up.

Answer:	The blade is in the bowl so I’d grind one, place it in a tupper ware container then grind the other. For second bowl but a second unit.

Answer:	Hi, the silver grinder is with 2-blade bowl. There is no 4-blade bowl available now. And the grinder with 2 bowls will be in stock on June.

Answer:	I think so. I use mine for coffee only.
