Question:	Bona high shine polish
Answer:	I used Bona hardwood cleaner, Bona applicator/mop w/ spray including their microfiber pads, and LOW-gloss polish on 3 floors of a townhouse with teak parguet finished with oil and wax. Bona instructions say not for natural finish however I was desperate... floor was dirty and stained with scratches from moving furniture. The mop/applicator with spray is great and makes cleaning and waxing easy. Hardest part was masking the top of base to keep the walls clean. While the parquet was new in 1975, the house is old and floors are not perfectly flat - so a high-gloss wax finish would show every imperfection. I found the low gloss sheen perfect and exactly what I wanted. How did the floors turn out?? Twice as good as I had hoped. The Bona cleaner and wax system resurrected the finish amazingly well and I am totally satisfied... and I am an architect. Since then I had hoped to have a similar result on an old oak floor with practically no finish left, a lot of bare wood - it may have had a natural finish that had no maintenance - unfortunately Bona did nothing - I had to rent a floor sander and applied a light stain and polyurethane with the Bona mop/applicator with an excellent result. I have nothing but praise for Bona, and I have to confess that I did not watch the DVD that came with the product... maybe next job...
Question:	Why When walk on floor leaves a powdery white footprint
Answer:	Every paw and bare footprint leaves and oily imprint on my new laminate floors. Bona Cleaner won’t remove it. Buyer beware.

Answer:	I have solid oak floors and when I had them refinished the contractor told me to usu the Bona cleaner and high gloss polish . They are washed every week, polished every 4 or 5. They look great better than ever before. Use the bona mops, wash after use.. NEVER windex and NEVER scrub pad- sorry, but no wonder they look terrible.

Answer:	The Scott Glass blue paper towels are better for glass because they have a minimum of substances that cause smearing or leave a film on the glass. I don't use them for anything other than glass because they are not as strong as the regular blue shop towels. that said, 100% cotton towels are still better for cleaning glass.

Finish It:

Cleaning and dusting of your floor surface is needed prior to applying our Quick Shine Multi-Surface Floor Finish to remove any dust/debris from your floors. Our Quick Shine Premium Spray Mop used with our Quick Shine floor cleaners is a good method as well. Once floor is clean of all dust, dirt, grime and pet hair squirt Finish in an S-shape onto floor in small 5 foot x 5 foot sections at a time. Question:	is this Wax Good For Veneer Wood ? its for my night stand that is a material of veneer so would that be ok to use on the table top of the night stand
Answer:	If it's a wood veneer that has been finished, Trewax is a great option. Apply it, let it dry some and then buff it with a lint free rag. You'll have to reapply every now and then (yearly).
Question:	Is there any silicone in this product
Answer:	There is no silicone in this product. I don't have the can in front of me but I remember specifically purchasing it to lubricate the feeds on my jointer and planer because it didn't have silicone which is known to cause problems when finishing the wood.
Question:	Is this wax only for furniture or is it soft enough to easily spread onto hardwood floors
Answer:	I used it in my hardwood floors and thought it was definitely easy enough to use. It is not your typical hardwood floor "wax" which isn't really wax at all. This is true wax that will give a satin patina
Question:	Does this wax have a strong smell? I bought Johnson Paste Wax and the smell about killed me. Looking for a non-smelly floor wax - ideas welcomed
Answer:	It never hurts to open a window, but the manufacturer insists that it can be used in the dead of winter, with all the windows closed. It does have a scent, but it isn't terrible. Much as I love Johnson's Paste Wax for outdoor use, I almost keeled over the last time I used it on our front porch floor. (We were out of Trewax....) This is the best floor wax we've ever used.

Answer:	I did not use it, it was for a gift basket. It is metal and looked sturdy.

Answer:	Depends on how big the pot is. Don't have mine any longer (sorry to pass it on to a new user after 5 years, but switched to gas), so here's my best guess: 1 quart - no problem, 1 gallon - probably OK, 5 gallons - probably not

Answer:	They are good stainless steel so should have no problem in the dishwasher. I don't clean mine that way though. I brush them down with a stainless steel brush while hot on the grill then wipe them with a wet scrap rag while still hot on the grill. I don't think mine would get clean in the dishwasher with all the stuck on burnt food that I try to brush off.

Answer:	This seller told me the grates I ordered were nonmagnetic 304 Stainless Steel. Guess what. They were not. This guy lies to get sales. A magnet sticks like glue. That will not happen if it's the material that he claims it to be. The Chinese grates put a thin walled SS tube with a carbon steel core. The scaling temperature of carbon steel is much lower than Stainless. It scales expanding inside the thin tube until it destroys it. You will be lucky to get one year of service. That's all I got with very light use. For $50 these should be solid Stainless.

Answer:	87% polyester 13% nylon. I have used them for years. I wont use anything else in my kitchen. They are expensive though but worth it in my opinion. Good Luck!
