Answer:	This mop does not use pads of any kind. You need the fabric “covers” that are made by O-Cedar. The covers are elasticized and washable. It cannot be used with any type of premoistened pad like a Swiffer.

Answer:	It will pick up dust, the shaggy side is great for that, the smooth side is great for buffing. It will push hard items around, but I find it helpful for getting them gathered up
Question:	I can’t get the handle to extend. What is the secret
Answer:	It telescopes from the bottom so hold the part where you screw it into the flathead mop part and don't let that twist (if you've already twisted it into the flat head) then it extends/scopes from there.
Question:	I can't get the handle to extend. I tried twisting the red handle & the grey handle.Where does it extend? I've had 5 people try and we can't get it
Answer:	I put my foot on the mop to hold it down and then turned the upper portion of the handle counter clockwise to loosen and adjust the handle.

Answer:	Dear customer, Thank you for your interest. If your current mop model has 15x8 inches head it definitely fit it. It fits all flat mops 15x8 inches. Please measure your mop head to make sure.
Question:	What are the 4 blue circles on top of the mop? Would they hold a large microfiber cloth onto the mop instead of the pad
Answer:	No! Just the cloth to cover the mop head. The cover itself is wonderful and washes up well. They have been used ever week to mop ceramic tiles for about 3 months and still are in good shape. Not so white... but 🤪☺️😉

Answer:	To prevent cross-contamination. As in, red for bathrooms and green for kitchen... blue for common area. Say you leave say the red tab up for bathrooms, you know not to use it in the kitchen because it's literally touched crap. Prevents disease and stuff. I never use the tabs myself, but some people do.

Answer:	I really like this little corner round. It make professional looking corners on paper and works well on laminated paper, but I do not think the opening is large enough for leather or vinyl.
Question:	What is the width of these pads
Answer:	I use this punch to round crimp corners on toothpaste and other tubes so they don't rip plastic bags required for air travel. It works great for this. I haven't tried cutting anything thicker than about 1/64 inch. But, judging from the size of the opening to the cutting jaws, 1/16 inch would be about the maximum thickness that would fit. If you flatten the foam board corner to 1/16 inch, you might be able to cut thicker foam board.

Question:	Does this product work as described
Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.
Question:	Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed
Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!
Question:	Does the wringing side of the pail have clean water in it or is it just for spinning out the mop that's been dipped into the dirty water
Answer:	There is only one pail. It is not divided into sides. Works just like any other mop bucket.

Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Answer:	Yes it is. We just recommend putting it in a cloth or other type of bag during the wash(gentle wash.) It's not ideal to to leave the mop head loose.

Answer:	No. I am disappointed in. it is definitely not worth buying. Way too much of a hassle to even put the dust mop cover on.
