Question:	Is it safe to use on stained (not painted) wood cabinet doors
Answer:	Both the brush bristles and the scouring pad are stiff and likely would damage your stained wood. I cannot recommend using this product for that purpose. This product is for cleaning your bathroom shower/sink/tub or your outdoor grill (which it does very well).

Answer:	I'm not sure I'd trust it for that. That would simply grind in the stain. For stains or occasional messes, I find that SpotBot works pretty well. I have the Pet version & used in cooperation with OxyClean seems to do the job.

Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.

Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!

Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Answer:	As far as a pest repeller I am not sure. As far as a good iron it is great. Not having to deal with a cord is wonderful. At this time I own and use two full size irons regularly as well as a steam press, two mini's and a travel iron. This is by far my favorite. It keeps good heat and works well. It heats up quickly and gets wrinkles out. Sets creases beautifully. The reason I have so many irons is' I am a seamstress and press everything I sew and wear. If I only could keep one iron it would be this one. Happy ironing this product is a great investment.

Question:	I have 2 original coarse yellow pads left.Might have come with others.There are white,green,red, blue on line. Which is which? Nothing from B&D now
Answer:	Take your pads out and use a tire lever or similar to push the pistons back into the caliper. Then put pads back in and use the alignment tool. They work perfectly!!

Answer:	No....but this motor is so weak that slight pressure stops it from rotating. This is a piece of junk. Get a drill and buy those attachment scrubbers or brushes. I did, and they do a much better job or just use plain old elbow grease.

Answer:	The unit should have arrived with a pad already attached. The pad is fastened to a white adapter, which connects to the handle. All three detach from each other. Pull the blue pad away when you need to replace a worn pad. If you have another type of scrubber (like a bristle brush) to use, pull the white cylinder away from the handle and replace with the bristle.
Question:	Does it have an on/off switch or do you have to hold the on button while you use it
Answer:	One button. Press for a power on and press again for power off. The rotation strength weakens as batteries die. It is amazing for the tub and shower too! I won't take a bubble bath with giving it a good scrub. It worked phenomenally for Christmas dishes and thanksgiving! I use porcilan dish-ware and it really made them shine with a combo of bar keepers friend.

Answer:	To remove. Push down, unscrew locking cap and lift to free top of mo head. Slide down off ratchet, past handgrip to slip off end of handle. To replace. While holding locking cap, drape the mop head over the cup. Twist cap into the cup until locked. Pull bottom of mop head down to handgrip and secure zip tie.

Answer:	Yes - we usually get about 10 machine washes out of one and then the fasteners start to fray. Great mop - cleans fast and thorough. We love them!

Answer:	I got this as a gift just over a year ago and the same thing happened to me. I called Bulb Head and they said since I didn't have a receipt I would have to send the broken bucket back to them. For what it would cost me to return it I could buy 2 spin mops on eBay.... and that's what I will do not buy this expensive junk when the maker says too bad for you.

Answer:	The mop doesn’t spin when you are mopping. It spins out the excess water back into the bucket. Dip the mop in the water, place the head in the white upper part then step on the pedal. Pushing the pedal down causes the head to spin at the end of the handle, releasing the excess water so it’s not too wet when you put it to the floor.

Answer:	Yes, it does as my vehicle has dual pistons on the caliper. Remember to use the old brake shoe to push the calipers back.
Question:	Even after the videos and pictures I am still confused. Do you put water in both sides? Why does it say dry why doesn't it say rinse
Answer:	The disk works on the principle Of heating the high spot(s) by friction. Imagine waves on a lake from wind. Light or heavy. When the disk is in contact with the high spots it heats them up ONLY! But you have to keep the disk moving around. Just a short time. Say 30-40 seconds. Then move it away and cool the high area with a wet rag or a spray bottle of water. This causes the high area to contract. Repeat the process until the area is back flat or at the needed contour. DO NOT Place the disk on wet metal!! Only use it on CLEAN metal surfaces! If you over shrink it bump it back high and do it again. The disk isn’t like a torch. As it only heats fb the high spots. A torch heats the high and lows and over use of hammer and dolly’s Will only creat metal fatigue. Wear gloves and hearing protection.

Answer:	The thicker gray and white combo pad for wet mop and the more tan colored thinner one for dry mopping.

Answer:	You can order on amazon. They are usually about the same. Just take measurements first. Look at what you can buy. Mine are still like new. I also got the mop pads that enabled you to do a little deeper cleaning. Got on Amazon. They are great
Question:	Does the mop head flip over while mopping
Answer:	Yes, it does flip over. Keeping the mop head wet helps with this issue. I don't recommend this mop for everyday cleaning.
Question:	Can i use other mop pads? if so, how many inches long are they

Answer:	Yes, it is concentrate, its meant to last longer and be used to refill. About a tablespoon or 2 for 16 OZ spray bottle is all you need.
Question:	Does the four pole come apart after putting them together
Answer:	If you're going to use clean day I assume that you'd like to be more natural in the way in which you clean your home environment which is the smart thing yeah you can add bleach to it for sure but it's going to diminish the powerful nature of the mrs. Meyers products I no longer use bleach in my washing up my clothes I simply separate the whites from the darks and I've got to tell you they are brighter and more clean now than any time I ever use bleach if you are adding bleach to disinfect why don't you check out mrs. Meyers disinfectant Seventh Generation disinfectant those are much more powerful disinfectant bleach could ever be
