This is a great small, heavy duty workhorse of a brush washer. It is made from seamless stainless steel so the container will not rust or leak. It has a removable screen insert to clean your brushes against. The paint debris will settle to the bottom and leave the upper part of the solvent clean.

The small size make is great for travel, classes, plein air, or any other time where space is limited. It has a handle for easy carrying or it can be used to hang the brush washer from a pochade box. It is only 3.5 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter and holds 10 oz of solvent.

Answer:	Hi, this washer is used in a hose that connects to a water faucet bib outside and usually inside as a washing machine connection. The washer sits in the hose. The wire screen is to collect sediment in your water from entering your machine and the rubber part seals the connection from leaking. If the rubber part of your washer is good, you should be able to clean the filter part and reuse your washer. If not, this should work.
