Answer:	As far as I can tell it's made in the US. On the bottle it says "formulated for TanPhysics.com Deep River, CT" I do know it is the best tanner I have ever used and I've tried a lot of them. It's not orangey and the tan lasts. I started using it early last year.

Be sure to turn the plug in the back of unit to fit your outlet, and do not try to force the warmer into the plug.
