Answer:	Not far in/up the nostrils at all... the bands open just inside your nose (I can’t stand things in my nose lol). Answer:	It’s supposed to, but I sent it back because it’s too big for my mouth. I don’t care for my mouth being propped open while I sleep. Drool everywhere. I would LOVE an anti-snoring device like this one that pulls my lower jaw forward but is made of thinner material like Invisalign. Then I could sleep with my mouth closed.
