Answer:	I have a mask that I just purchased in January that is separating. I contacted Bucky Customer service on their website, https://bucky.com/, and was told they have adjusted their adhesive recently and the mask should last 4 to 6 months. They have agreed to send me a replacement since mine is just over 1 month old.

Answer:	It specifically says not to machine wash them on the bag they come in, so I wouldn't risk it.

Answer:	It does state that its washable with removable cover which is entirely untrue. I had been buying them for years through brookstone so i wasn't surprised when i bought through amazon & found that its not washable .

Answer:	it's a velvet/velour but there's no fiber content tag. It feels like a synthetic material but I have sensitive skin and had no irritation. It is hot in the summer, but as I am moving to Canada (AKA no summer land) I think I will probably use it again there.

Answer:	I've had mine for about a month now and must say I have not been easy on it. I toss and turn in my sleep, and my cat decided it was a great chew toy about 2 weeks in, but it's holding up fine. It's very soft and comfortable, you just have to wear it low on your nose to effectively block out light.

Answer:	No, you don't have to wash - I used mine right out of the bag. There was no bad smell, but I usually do wash my clothing before wearing; a lot of folks don't (personal preference). I have a similar silk mask that has washing instructions: hand wash cold in mild detergent, and let air-dry (flat or hanging); no bleach, no dryer, low iron setting if needed.

Question:	What's the difference between the old version
Answer:	For best results, keep wrapped in a paper towel in a ziplock bag in the freezer, the paper towel absorbs the moisture that comes out when it freezes. To wash, Hand wash in warm water with mild soap, rinse, then blot with paper towels. Lay flat on paper towels until dry (a fan helps). I keep 1 at work in the freezer, and at least 2 at home and use them every day for migraines.
Question:	Does the outside fabric bleed color or stain bed linens
Answer:	No，it doesn't have a scent

Answer:	There are little plastic beads inside so wouldn't think so. Have the packaging from the one I just ordered so double checked. There is no mention of being able to warm it. Personally, I would not try it and look for something that specifically says it can be heated. This is a wonderful masked either chilled or room temperature. And it absolutely shuts out all the light.
Question:	How is this mask for sleeping on your side
Answer:	The outside is cotton. It's washable. The inside has little beads but I'm not sure what they are made of. I think the beads are what make it so comfortable. Relieves that pressure behind your eyes from sinus headaches. I have 2 because I like to keep one in the freezer to use for migraines. The coolness helps but because it's not made of gel like some sinus eye masks it's not overly cold. I keep mine in a ziplock bag though because it's a cotton exterior and I don't want it wet. The one I don't have in the freezer I sleep in nightly. It's cool and conforms well to my face. I've bought really expensive eye masks from tempurpedic and brookstone and this one beats them out.
