I contacted Bucky Customer service on their website, https://bucky.com/, and was told they have adjusted their adhesive recently and the mask should last 4 to 6 months. They have agreed to send me a replacement since mine is just over 1 month old.

Answer:	If you open your eyes, yes, your eyelashes will rub against the inside, but the inside is so very soft it doesn't bother me.

Answer:	It probably depends on the anatomical position of one’s ears. The straps don’t impinge on my ears at all. You might try raising the strap on the back of your head if that doesn’t feel too tight.
