Answer:	The box says take 1 -2 tablets as needed up to 3 times daily or as a sleep aid 1 -3 tablets 1/2 hour or hour before bed. My son has taken a 2nd dose after 3 hours if he still couldn't sleep, there are no side affects. That's the great thing with homeopathy.

Answer:	A HOT shower will often increase sleepiness by lowering your core temperature, ideally 30-40 minutes before bed. This won't work with a cool or lukewarm shower. I would say taking these right before showering would be ideal, combining different approaches. The following is just my guess: a COLD shower might cause problems for sleep, just by itself. I wouldn't recommend it.

Answer:	It is not a psychotropic medication, it works more on the restless leg, jittery feeling side. Simply relaxes you so you can fall asleep. That being said, it wouldn't hurt anything to try it.

Answer:	I think caplets vs tablets is a personal preference, I take the tablets. One at night for sleep, about 20 - 30 minutes before bed. They are also good during the day for stress/anxiety. I take only a 1/4 or 1/2 during the day if I need something to smooth things out.
