Answer:	They just go around the mask straps where they touch your face. I’m not sure what you mean by middle. I really liked them until I found one that attaches on both sides and around each face strap. It’s the same material. Very comfortable and almost eliminate mask lines.

Answer:	It is made of padded cloth and velcro similar to your mask straps so it should respond similarly to those. I've never tried it so I cannot say how clean it will actually get.

Question:	Will this work for resmed airsense 10? if not what would work for nasal mask
Answer:	Just to be clear, this is only the headband that attaches to the back of the Phillips Respironics DreamWear nasal mask or their nasal pillow mask. I’m not aware if it Will attach to masks. I use a Resmed machine like you, and use a Phillips Respironics brand mask (masks are interchangeable across most machines).

Answer:	If you stretch out the strap without stretching the elastic it is 17 inches.by using the velcro. you can reduce the overall length by quite a bit.

Question:	Can i use the strap with cpap mask
Answer:	Our anti snoring chin strap is particularly helpful for CPAP users who sleep with their mouth open. The chin strap not only keeps the mouth closed during sleep, preventing dry mouth symptoms, but also prevents the air (delivered from the CPAP machine) to escape from the open mouth. Our double Velcro strap design makes it even more effective carrying out the job (vs other single Velcro straps that fall off during night due to tossing).
Question:	What is fdaapproved for this mask? other mask do not say the same thing
Answer:	I'm unsure what an FDA approved mask is; I didn't know that the FDA approved sleeping chin straps. I will say however, there is a bit of a learning curve to using this thing. You're not just gonna strap it on and go to sleep with it on, or I couldn't at least. I've only had it for a week and tried it one night and I think I might even need a mouthpiece to go along with it to keep my jaw inline, otherwise its uncomfortable and hurts a bit. Or maybe it just takes some getting used to. Just my $.02
