It had a very chemical smell out of the bag, but after washing in mild detergent and air drying, has no smell. The small size fits perfectly and holds my chin firmly in place. There is also a larger size by this company. It is very comfortable and doesn't irritate in the least.

Answer:	I’ve worn my chin strap with a DreamWear pillow and cushion mask. To help,keep,the DreqmWear mask from sliding around my face, I place the chin strap on top of the mask, putting the top swivel hose attachment between the head straps. It works rather well that way. Nope this helps!
