To answer your question, my best guess is that these "tan" ones are original. I would avoid them and look for "clear" in the Breathe Right title before I order them. |

I would imagine that running or working out would be more effective if you are able to breathe better and deeply, especially that when I've watched a football game on TV I occasionally see a player wearing one and look at how active they are on the field. If you don't wet your face, it will be like tearing off a sticky piece of tape. In that case, pull it off SLOWLY and it won't hurt. Then wash the residue off with warm water. |

I've always found the plastic "springs" in the original Clear Breathe Rights to be very weak and the adhesive in those strips to be poor. Both aspects are improved in this version, but the adhesive is still lacking. It's not as good as the adhesive on the Tan strips, and it leaves a residue on your nose which can be difficult to clean off. Because of this, I find the Extra strips to be more convenient.I'm still not sure which is better, but I think I'll probably use the Extras most of the time, while keeping these around for occasional use, since they do open my nasal passages better." |
