Question:	anyone know what the return policy is
Answer:	There are 30 liners in the package for the "nose/mouth" face mask. The 2 "squares" are really rectangles for the forehead of another mask design, which has a "brace" on the forehead. The 2 rectangles go under the brace on this mask. I have used both mask designs. I prefer the nose/mouth design, as it is less restrictive in the movement of your head.
Question:	do these fit on resmed air fit f20 small
Answer:	It doesn't say anywhere on the box or on the instructions but it feels like a very soft cotton. The instructions say to use a new one each night and not to use it over 12 hours. The box has 30 liners in it for the mask and only 2 liners for the forehead. I actually change liners once a week and the forehead liner I use for weeks at a time and then I wash and iron it. I can tell if the liner is working because my bi-pap machine (ResMed S9) will show me if there are leaks.

When done cleaning, thoroughly rinse tube with a stream of cool water, Gently pat the bristles until dry to the touch and hang somewhere where there is air circulation. Answer:	Not sure, but the tubing was terrible. It had a severs dent in one of the folds and the tubing would not straighten out. It would not let the air through the tubing. The tubing itself seemed thin. Unfortunately, my return period had elapsed by the time I used this item. If you haven't gotten this yet, be aware of the potential problems.

Answer:	Not in and of itself. Not sure if it could be used with a device that heats the hose.
Question:	Is this tube fit for resmed N
Answer:	Try measuring the diameter of the end of the hose in millimeters, on the one you already have. Some hoses for cpap are 15, narrower, and some are 22mm, the wider one. It can make a difference in the air flow pressure, so it does matter. Hope that helps you.
Question:	My resmed hose has a twist lock on it. i don't see a way to remove it. am i missing something or do you have one for that style
Answer:	All I can tell you is I turn a lot and this never gets in my way. But I think this is mostly due to my mask. This is a good quality hose. Not one of those light ones that fly away and feel flimsy.

Answer:	Hello! Detach the tubing, and spray into the tubing about 15 times to get it really wet. Hold the tubing at each end, forming a "U" shape-- a pool of CleanSmart liquid should have accumulated a the bottom of the "U." Rock this back and forth, to ge the liquid to touch all of the tubing (at least 60 seconds) Then, dump the excess liquid out, and hang the tubing over the shower rod to air dry. Thank you!

Answer:	I'm really not sure, the only thing I can suggest is that if you go to order it, but don't place the order you ask the company that puts out the product if there is a way you can get that information. I do know that it is the best hand sanitizer you can purchase because it is made with isopropyl alcohol and not ethyl alcohol. Good luck with getting the information you are looking for.

Answer:	The holder is plastic with a metal belt clip. The actual body of the level is metal on the front and back with plastic on the sides.
Question:	Do i need a rx to buy the cpap hose
Answer:	The Big Red box beam level features a box shaped aluminum profile with reinforcing ribs. Most Big Red levels also feature handles. The X Pro box beam level features an ergonomically designed aluminum profile, like an X shape. These levels do not feature handles as the ergonomic shape allows for a comfortable grip on the profile. Both offer the same FOCUS vial technology with the same thickness of aluminum allowing for an extra strong profile (890 g/m, 0.61 lbs/ft.).

Question:	Did it help reduce facial lines
Answer:	I only sleep on my side to fall asleep, and this pillow does help with keeping the full mask from moving, but I never wake up with facial lines, and I don't know if that is from the pillow or the headgear that came with my unit. If you sleep on your side, this pillow works well with a CPAP face mask.
Question:	I am mostly concerned about the red marks on my face from my mask. Does this pillow stop that from happening
Answer:	I haven't thought about it until now. I used to be a side sleeper, however since using this very comfortable pillow I believe I sleep mostly on my back! Every so often when I do turn and sleep on either side the indentations you see in the picture allow for no pressure on the straps, so no red marks on my face.
Question:	Does this pillow provide neck support
Answer:	Yes absolutely. The two long sides have different neck support options. One is a little lower to the bed for smaller sleepers and the other side is higher up for larger sleepers, so depending on exactly how much neck support you need, you can flip the pillow around. Super comfortable and perfect for cpap mask users.
Question:	Has anyone who is strictly a stomach sleeper used this pillow? If so, does it work
Answer:	I always use to sleep stomach before I had my machine, since then I’ve been a side sleeper and this pillow makes sleeping so much better for me. With a CPAP you’ll never be able to sleep on your stomach again, but I’ve gotten my best nights sleep with this pillow - can’t explain why, but for some reason it works for me
