Roll the black band before taking it on. Pulling the elastic band over the skin is not easy because it grips the skin tightly, so there is a lot of friction and it takes a lot of force to slide it on and off.

Roll the top band

When putting it on, roll the elastic band on top of the plastic. This can avoid the friction on the top band to grip your skin.

Slide over your leg

When fully slide on your cast or bandage, roll it back over onto the skin. The same would apply for taking it off. Just roll the elastic back over the plastic and the cover comes right off.

Answer:	I have several months of experience on both types of pads, and I will tell you the flat ones are better, but a fuzzy 2" foam pad on top of a flat one is optimal. The knee-divot model tends to have a topographical logo in the middle of the divot, which ends up making an impression on your leg. It's not fun, or comfortable. I had to deal with that for the better part of 6 months. I've had this knee rover model for about 3 years now, I put a 2" fuzzy foam pad on it 2 months ago, and that's the most comfortable a scooter has been.

Answer:	Yes you can use this it basically will wrap ice around the entire knee. I have this one because it runs a little bit small and I use it right below the knee around the calf. I use a different one to go around my knee because my knee is a little bit larger due to multiple surgeries and what I'm trying to recover from. so this one runs a little bit on the smaller side it's probably more designed for a woman but a small to average size man could use it very effectively as well. I've used it on my knee in the pinch but I prefer the one that's a little bit larger.

Answer:	If you are asking about a lock for the wheels, it does have a wheel lock. Apply the brakes with the handle bar levers and while holding the brake lever, push one of the knobs on top of the brake levers down and it will lock the brakes on the wheels. To release the brake, just depress the brake lever again.

Answer:	??? Cover on the item I ordered and received was a nice washable poly cotton just as pictured. Not slippery at all. Sounds like they might of sent wrong product or version of product.

Answer:	I use two king size pillow cases, wrap them around pillow and pin two cases together. Works great, and you can take them off to wash when ever you need to. You can also take them to an upholstery shop and have a vinyl cover made that is a permanent cover. That’s what I did for pillow I gave a friend.

Answer:	I don’t recommend this for workouts. It provides a lot of support and is pretty thick. I don’t think you would get the flexibility you need. It’s great for walking though.

Answer:	It has a short return window. I'm stuck with a brace I bought for someone else who decided it wasn't for her. It's not comfortable and it's too bulky to wear under or over clothing.

Answer:	The question is subjective. I use knee braces while playing sports and this brace seems to me to have the best support for my activities. The quality way up there and makes the other knee supports I've used pale in comparison. I've wash this product in cold water on delicate and air dried it and it looks new. I'd purchase them again if ,and when ,I need to replace them.

Answer:	I love this unit which helped immensely with healing from my knee replacement. I drained and dried it thoroughly and packed it away. Four months later, I had my hip replaced, so got it back out. Unfortunately, the knee pad had disintegrated and leaked severely. I was disappointed that I had to buy a new attachment as it was not covered under the warranty.
