Answer:	Not sure the material but it doesn't smell and it doesn't leak. I don't feel it holds the heat longer than any other bottle. I can say I've put it in the microwave as our water doesn't get hot enough and it is holding up well. It is showing some discoloration from our water.

Answer:	Mine stays hot for a couple of hours, but it will stay warm overnight, so about 8 hours! This is with the cover on.

Answer:	The dimensions are 8"x10", and it holds 2 quarts of water. The lid fits extremely well. I have never had a leak, surprisingly. I keep waiting for hot water to end up in my bed. It gets thrown around alot. I put it in the bed while I get ready to sleep, and when I get there, the whole bed area is nice and warm. Gets so hot sometimes, I toss it aside for a while. And it is still warm in the morning. Only negative if you want to say that, is the little "sweater" pills after a while, but no worry...just use a sweater shaver and they are gone. I love these hot water bottles. I gave them to people this year for Christmas.
