Question:	I feel like these would be great for swollen breasts while breastfeeding, has anyone used it for that? How long do they stay cold? Hot
Answer:	Yes they are! I originally bought these for my 4 year old and kept in the freezer when she would get a bump or bruise but now I have a 6 month old and they are fabulous when I am pumping to make sure I express all the milk. I have two that I keep at room temp and microwave. I put the cloth backing side on first and then when I can’t feel the warmth I swap it to the other side. They are still warm after 20 minutes of pumping. They probably stay cold at least 20-30 minutes.

Also, you can heat them in the microwave, and, not sure again, but I don't think you would typically microwave items containing latex. Sorry, I don't have a direct answer. Hope this helped some.

Answer:	Just put it into the microwave. I usually warm it fo 60 second and then take it out and shake it. Then put it back into the microwave and repeat this until it feels the temperature that you desire. Please note that each microwave is different so start out with 30 seconds until you get an idea how your microwave heats. I have purchased Bucky products for over 20 years.
