Answer:	Sorry, I don't know about heat, I've only used it for ice, which works well.

Question:	Is the 6.5x11 busy or flat? Looking for one to lay on for back pain
Answer:	They're all flat and most people can lay on them just fine - if too cold, just take a hand towel, run it in hot water, and then put it over the pack before laying on it - allows you to "ease" into the cold. Also, try strengthening your multifidus muscles for your back pain - see Jim Johnson's stenosis book.

Answer:	I have used these for years The reason they say don’t lay on it is more than likely the fact that the pressure forces more cold to the skin. I usually put mine in a pillowcase and wrap the e tea length of the pillowcase around the cold pack or place it inside a folded towel. I have never had problems. This is the way they used them for me in PT.

Answer:	It may be a little big for your wrist, but I'm sure you could make it work (wrap all the way around perhaps?). I would certainly pull this out first if I injured my wrist and give it a whirl before I tried a new icing method! Good Luck!!

I originally bought these for my 4 year old and kept in the freezer when she would get a bump or bruise but now I have a 6 month old and they are fabulous when I am pumping to make sure I express all the milk. I have two that I keep at room temp and microwave. I put the cloth backing side on first and then when I can’t feel the warmth I swap it to the other side. They are still warm after 20 minutes of pumping. They probably stay cold at least 20-30 minutes.

Answer:	I still have mine and they have not leaked. The problem I have with the product is that the packs don’t stay cold for more than 30 minutes. I would not have bought them if I had known this. Hope this helps

Answer:	If you’re heating it up I think the plastic part would probably be too hot for your face, atleast in my case I’ve preferred the fabric side due to temperature. But if it’s chilled you could use either side. I use mine while I sleep all night.

Answer:	Cloth side toward face. Plastic side could cause a burn. Apply 5 to 10 minutes.
