Question:	The gel pack is too big for my microwave to rotate it while heating. Can I fold it over twice
Answer:	Yes, you can go from the freezer to the microwave directly. But you need to be aware that it takes a long time to heat up because the product is cold. In addition, due to the larger product, please heat for 2-3 minutes everytime, and then knead it after the heat everytime, then heat again, so repeated until comfortable temperature. This is the best method, also more uniform heat. Special attention, when the temperature is relatively high, the time of each heat should be reduced, 30s-60s each time. Prevent local temperature is too high and damaged.
Question:	Can you go from the freezer to the microwave if frozen or do you need to wait until at room temperature
Answer:	I didn’t receive any with mine, but I ordered the 2and just assumed you only got the straps if you ordered one.

Answer:	This item does not use replaceable gel packs. The gel material is throughout the entire sleeve. You microwave for 20 seconds then in increments of 10 seconds. It works very well for heat.

Usage for Heat Treatment

Microwave: Heat the pack for 60s at 700w or 40s at 1000w. If the gel pack is not warm enough, then reheat it for 10 second periods, until reaching your desired heat. You can remove the pack at the halfway mark of your heating period, knead the gel pack and turn it over and resume heating to evenly distribute the heat.

Boiling water: The gel pack can also be submerged in boiling water for 7-10 minutes. Use tongs to remove the pack from the water.

Usage for Cold Treatment

Place the gel-pack in a freezer for 1.5 to 2 hours, and wait for 1-2 mins before applying to body.

To get the best cold therapy, it is recommended to freeze the gel packs no more than 2 hours.

NEVER overheat the gel pack.
