Answer:	I have only used it on my shoulder, while sitting up. I'm sure you can lay on it and sleep with it. It stays cold for a while, so you would have to remove after the chill wears off.

Answer:	I like to heat water in a pan on my stove top, then once it begins to boil I remove the pan from heat, stick the pack in and out the lid on. About 5 mins or so in that hot water is enough! I’ve found the microwave will heat packs but also since it’s radiation it destroys at least a little of whatever goes in it, each time. So everything wears out fast when it gets heated in he microwave. I haven’t found one of the therapy packs ever really wear down with the hot water method- simply some loss of color in some packs a blue vinyl type outer. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I use it 15 minutes on and 15 off. I initially allowed it freeze overnight. After that I use it for 15 minutes on and 15 off. I put it back in the freezer for 15 minutes and it's just as cold as when I first took it out of the freezer.

Answer:	Hello! Maker/seller here. No, they are not bleach safe. The decoration is dyed into the fabric so anything that takes out color will cause a problem. Other than bleach, the decoration is extremely durable and will hold up to any "color safe" bleaches.

Answer:	They don’t require you store them in freezer when not used. Only of course when you need them cold next day, In the rare instance I am NOT hurting, I remove from freezer, let defrost & store both freeze packs & shoulder harness in original box. Let me add, I have purchased various freeze gel packs & found some better than original. But I’m not knocking the holster itself, which in my humble opinion, is the finest on the market at any price. Question:	Does this cover the humerus and front of the shoulder
Answer:	The wrap covers the upper portion of the humerus, the head and tubercles to about half way to the Deltoid tuberosity. That is, the upper third of the humerus and the areas of attachment to the scapula, and all of the shoulder joint from approximately the upper scapula to the clavicle. Best, Diane.

Answer:	After my husband’s shoulder surgery he mistakenly ordered this wrap for the right shoulder and returned it because his surgery happened on his left shoulder. The company that produces this amazing shoulder wrap does sell it for the right shoulder. I hope this helps. Good luck.
Question:	Will this product fit a large man with a 54” chest and wears a 3XL shirt
Answer:	I am 2X and because of the design the heavy duty Velcro is adjustable well beyond that. It is a guess, but I don’t think you’ll have any problems with fit. I did a prior review on this you should see also. I only add that I have X2 ice packs for continuous therapy. My second is a different brand, as many versions will also fit it’s pocket.
