The fingerprint reader works but try to get it clean and right the first time cause if you take it off it will take time for the adhesive to take hold again and might give you trouble with the fingerprint reader. At least that's my experience. Overall it works well but wish the instructions were more clear.

Answer:	I just received the "LARGE" pill container that is approximately 10.5" x 5.5", 7 days a week Sun-Sat, and the internal dimensions of each pill box is approximately 1 1/8" square. ***NOTE***I have owned the "One Day at a Time X-Large" 7 day EzyDose for YEARS and love it. It holds multiple large supplements. The compartments do stay closed when I travel, but it mainly sits on my counter for convenience of dosing. Another added bonus: if one does wish to remove a few "days", on the back there are holes to aide in pushing that day's pill box easily out. I have contacted the company asking that they change the designation from "Large" to XL as it says on the back of my box. Answer:	It's made of coated, "rust resistant" steel, so I don't see any reason it couldn't go in the refrigerator. Moisture would be my only concern, but since it is rust resistant, I think it would work. (I'm only a customer, not a company rep.)

Answer:	The rows face opposite directions. If you can read upside down, you should be able to open the opposite row without rotating it. However, I think it will be hard to get the pills out this way, because of the way the bin is slanted. This one probably isn't for you.

Answer:	Having been my Mother's caretaker (Alzheimer's and other things), it's been my experience that anything that helps you keep the meds straight is a plus. With these, you just lay a pill on top on each day and you can clearly see that you haven't skipped one. Then push it in and do the next type pill, etc.Then once they're in, the containers are so clear and large you can clearly see what's inside. We didn't have this for my Mom back then, and I spent soooo much time counting and recounting and digging thru the compartments of the weekly plastic ones she had, trying to make sure they were all there, etc. This would have made that very important but monotonous chore a LOT easier and *safer*.I strongly recommend using the lid for its purpose.

Answer:	That is correct, I think three sections would be great. I fill an inexpensive drugstore a.m./p.m. for my prescriptions, maybe you want to do something with a lunchtime container. I could see that would work for the office or school. There are Rubbermaid 4 oz. containers, or small ziplock bags that are called disposable pill pouches and measure 3 x 3.

Answer:	Thank you for your question! Each half (AM or PM) of the daily containers measures approximately 1.5"L x 1.5"W x 1.5"H. In each half, you can fit approximately ten large 1,000mg fish oil pills. You can fit MANY more prescription pills in each container as they are most often much smaller - atleast a couple dozen pills depending on the specific size. We designed the containers to be large enough to accommodate users who take prescription pills as well as larger vitamins and supplements like fish oil and Vitamin D. Answer:	Not sure but, this is ideal for multiple pills during am/pm on 2 weeks

Answer:	Yes, there are 7 containers for each day. I generally use one container each day and refill the 2 weeks. I also bought 2 containers so I refill once a month.

Answer:	I would say the individual dosage containers are large. I was able to put 2 to 3 large (vitamin size) and 2 small (81mg aspirin size) in each slot. I love the way you can take a days portion and carry it with you. No excuse for forgetting a dosage.
Question:	Would you be able to leave out three sections and put an inhaler and eye drops in that free space instead

Answer:	When I got my box 5 of the 31 wouldn’t stay closed I had requested refund or replace but have not heard a word.

Answer:	I don't use mine for this but I wanted to use something you could relate to. I fit 17 Ibuprofen 200mg caplets in one pod comfortably. They are the long ones instead of the round tablets. I hope that helps with your answer. These are great because they are removable, but after continued use some of the tops pop open by themselves. I just tape those down and keep using them.

Question:	Do the lids stay open wide while pills are being loaded, or do you have to hold them while putting pills in
Answer:	They stay open wide. I usually take a day of pills from the tray, open the compartment (morning, day, etc) and pour the pills into my hand. Each of the compartments opens and stays open until you click it close.
Question:	Do the individual days pop out? I like to carry just 1 day at a time when I'm traveling during a day trip but need a big compartment
Answer:	Yes, you can take a look at the pictures where you can see that the tray holds them in place but the individual containers do pop out for those who wish to do as you do.
