Answer:	I have been using a saline spray like this for many years. Durning the late fall and winter months my nose gets very dry and congested. A spray like this helps a lot. They have an expiration date of about two years. I have continued to use for longer than that with no issues. As long as there is only one user I don't see a problem of using until the product is used up. If you have had a very serious infection, you might want to replace sooner or if it is contaminated is some way.

Answer:	It's a mist going in. You can verify that by squirting some into the air. You are not expected to "put your head down" as another person says, to do this. It's far from a waste of money, PeninTx. If you do it 1-2-3 times per day, like upon getting up and before going to bed or when you get into the house from outdoor chores. If you are prone to sinus infections, congestion, and flares, you will surely reduce your incidence of them if you are regular and persistent in your use of saline nasal irrigation. NEVER us with tap water, mind you. Better to use the premixed packets to the correct strength per measure of clean water than to guess and mess around with salt, which is no longer recommended, whatever people of a certain age did as children "sniffing up salt water" for congestion. Today, it's distilled or boiled water only. Use the saline mix packets. They're inexpensive and convenient. I prefer the bottle to the "pot" if I use anything other than this mist version. Read the literature on the hazards of tap water and incorrect saline solution, available in scary detail all over. Please check our this answer to another questioner: Some is going to run out. Gravity does that. The path into your sinuses is not straight up. Insert the nozzle into your nostril so that you angle the business end where the mist comes out toward the outside corner of the eye on that side of your face (same side as the nostril you are shooting the solution into). If you use a saline bottle with purified water, it's the same: you angle the nozzle toward the outside corner of the eye to get the solution up into the sinuses. After doing this you can hang down as if you were going to touch your toes (if you can do that safely) to get more solution up higher. Some will come out when you straighten up. I've been at this for over 20 years with one appliance or another and it will curb your sinus problems enough to make the trouble worth it is my experience.

Answer:	I hold my head straight up. I use enough that it runs out and I use a tissue then to wipe my nose. I feel the more I get up in the nostril the better. Remember, it's safe it's just a saline solution, salt water won't hurt you, well on a cut it will, but not up your nose. It really helps clear you nose. I used sleep apnea machine and my nose gets clogged and sore, the solution really helps. good luck

Question:	Does it have saline
Answer:	Yes - NasoGel® Spray is a drug-free saline based water soluble nasal gel spray formulated with sodium hyaluronate to provide nasal moisture. NasoGEL® provides moisture to hydrate and lubricate dry and irritated nasal passages caused by dry climate and indoor heat. It helps reduce nasal dryness experienced during air travel, oxygen & CPAP use, as well as dryness symptoms caused by atrophic rhinitis, post radiation therapy and sinus surgery.
Question:	Is there an oder or scent to this product at all? if so i cant use it and i have noted a scent from aloe vera products in the past. thank you
Answer:	I didn't purchase the aloe vera kind, I bought the regular, but I have to say, it didn't have much in it.
Question:	Do you sniff as you spray up your nose
Answer:	The druggist at our pharmacy advised me to keep my head upright and sniff as I spray. It's more of a squirt than an actual spray, though -- the top of the bottle is a pump.
Question:	Are the bottles refillable
Answer:	They are not meant to be refillable. Opening the bottle could affect the spray mechanism plus might contaminate the saline.

Question:	Can it be used for longer than 3 days without issue
Answer:	I was elated to find that the tamper-resistant seal is on the box - not on the product itself. I have been using a similar product by another company that puts the entire bottle into a shrink-wrapped plastic seal that is almost impossible to get off without hurting myself! It requires a paring knife, or similar sharp, pointy tool - there is no tear line - and it comes off in little pieces, endlessly aggravating!! I bought this Ayr product yesterday when I noticed it at a store, and I like it MUCH better! I’ll be ordering it from here, from now on.
Question:	How is it that the Sensimist with 60 metered sprays has more product in it than the 120 metered sprays? The 60 says 0.34 oz. The 120 says 0.31 oz
Answer:	If you're looking for the "Afrin Effect" where it just blasts your sinuses and makes it so that you can breathe again, go get Afrin (or something like it). This product is meant to soothe and comfort and "help" with congestion, not totally clear your sinuses.
Question:	I want to switch from my generic flonase to the senimist. Would the dosing be the same as in 2 sprays if i use 2 sprays of flonase

Question:	Why doesn't this product have tamper-resistant plastic on the actual product inside the box
Answer:	I did not try to get a replacement. Mine would not spray right out of the box.
Question:	Why is this not opening my sinuses
Answer:	You can't do anything to the nozzle. Take the cap off & squirt. I do not recommend this for a baby! The spray comes out way too much for tiny noses! It is almost to much for me.
