Answer:	Hi Juan...I ordered a large for a man in my life. He is about 5'9...185 lbs. He wears this over his clothes and a light hoodie jacket if need be. I hope this helps somewhat.

Answer:	I would not recommend this. My son wore his once & the pants tore up,the side and the snaps on the jacket tore away from the material. The company will not honor their warranty.
