Answer:	The package says 15 minutes. After we got all her hair saturated, we gave it 20 minutes just to be sure. But you do need to treat again 10 days later. One application didn't do it either time, but twice with the second application 10 days after the first did. Both times she got it at school so maybe she was getting reexposed? Not sure. Answer:	Yes you can partially depress pump ... but its hard to remember to do. I end up putting a small amount in a container and use from that. Several of us at wk get cold sores so we never use from container as we share it.

Answer:	Good question Jaclyn, to treat most cold sores, usually one treatment is enough. If your symptoms go away and then return later, apply another dose for the second cold sore. Do not use more than 3 times per day.

Answer:	I have used both and really the primary difference is the moisturizer. Both are “touch free” in the fact that you have to break the glass vial to add the medication to the soft pad so you can put it on the affected area. However, with touch free, you often get 4-5 vials, because there’s no moisturizer. The single dose only gives 2 vials and the tube of moisturizer. Having used both, I’d say that I prefer to have the additional doses, just in case I need them, rather than the moisturizer. I have also tried Herpicin L 30 and that’s amazing at keeping the cold sores from even forming. If I do have the unfortunate experience to have a cold sore form though, I reach for the Orajel Touch Free. I hope that info helps.

Most times I only have to use one vial other times if I’ve waited too long I’ll have to do it over a few days. Answer:	I wear a cotton mask and have absolutely NO problems with it having any effect on the patch. My patch is not on my lip so I'm not sure whether the location of the patch relative to the mask would make a difference. The patch has worked wonderfully for me and I hope it works well for others.

Answer:	It will always be different for each individual. Depends on your breakout and usual healing cycle. On my top lip, I rubbed tea tree oil and placed the patch on as soon as I felt the tingling. Answer:	There is no age limit information on the package, and no warning about how old one should be to use the patches. Since it states on the packaging that the product is made in the U.S., I would think that there would be warning info. if unsafe for a child to use, but I would suggest trying to contact the manufacturer for further information. I would give you the info, but there is a bar-code sticker over the company's contact info. I have used these patches for a five-day period, and two days out of five the patch was uncomfortable to remove. Ain my opinion, a young child might have some difficulty removing the used patch as they can be rather uncomfortable to

Answer:	I've used them on the inside of my lip and main lip surface. I don't know if you are implying elsewhere within the oral cavity or not?!

Answer:	I have used Adbeva as well. I am sold on this product. I have also started taking Lysine daily as a preventive at the advice of my friend.

Answer:	Yes I would use it on an 8 year old...it is all natural ingredients so it can't hurt. My sister started me on the ointment many years ago because she was using it on her daughter who had a constant rash around her mouth..and it helped clear it up rather quickly.
