Answer:	Very little water. Your Neti Pot will have a measurement on it.

Answer:	The chances of tap water being not clean enough is strictly depending on where you live. As I live in california, the water is relatively clean and is like 99.9% likely to be clean and fine to use straight from the tap with a nedi pot. However, with what we know about using tap water and it having the slight possibility of danger, it is recommended that you boil your tap water to kill contagions, then let it cool to suitable temperature. With that said you can also use bottled water, and water from a purifier, however it's still recommended to boil it. Imagine going to the lake or river or even an ocean and how many times we've gotten water in our nose and we're not infested with brain parasites. That's essentially the argument, but still highly recommended to give the least amount of chances as possible.

Answer:	I just now measured it. The diameter is exactly 1/2 cm (bigger than a Q-Tip but smaller than a pencil) and the length is exactly two cm(not quite an inch). The way it is made you couldn't accidentally push it in too far, because after the 2cm it is much bigger and would stop itself from going any farther in.

Answer:	I just want to clarify that this person is incorrect! (A: On the side of the box it does say you can reuse up to 3 x in a.24 hour period. Much like ibuprofen or Tylenol, you can only have so many doses per 24 hour period and each pill can only be taken once. If that makes sense. The reason they do not want you to reuse this is because fecal matter at the molecular level cannot be seen hence you won’t know if you are properly cleaning it. Infection is a real problem for a young baby. It may be expensive, but medical bills would most likely be much more money than a fresh tube.

Answer:	I think they run small, my daughter is thin and wears sz 10 and I bought large but she can barely move around in them.

Answer:	They are elastic but don't have a lot of "give". I plan to use mine with a 1911 and leather holster. I think I will need to use the pants belt loops to prevent the belt sliding down and allowing the 1911 from sliding around. First you need to prepare the saline solution to be poured into the Neti Pot in order to wash the nasal cavities.

The water and salt doses can vary according to the needs and preferences.

Usually for every 500 ml of water, just use a spoonful of salt to create an effective solution, which at the same time does not become annoying at the time of use. Once prepared, pour it into the Neti Pot.

Answer:	I have a 34" waist and have the medium belt, which at times I feel like the small might have been a better chose. So I think the medium would be about right since I always tighten it down to get support.
