The little compartments close tightly but if you are really concerned, I would look into use of a desicant. My hearing aids go into a sealed jar at night and under an interior foam pad there are a bunch of little balls. Some of the balls are blue and when their desicant function is weak, they turn from blue to white. I renew them by pouring the balls into a small pyrex bowl and microwaving for a minute, which restores their blue color. I have been doing this for about five years now and my aids are still pretty much rust-free.

Answer:	It is all one piece with eight compartments and individual covers.
Question:	Would a real small bottle of eye drops (2-1/8 h x 1" w x approx 3/4" d) fit in zippered part
Answer:	I wasn't certain, so I just went to measure it with my 6" Starrett rule, and I think that if the application end is tapered it would go. It'll bulge out some. The pouch is really meant for perhaps a couple of Alka Seltzers or Lactaid packages, that sort of thing. I then tried out an old German dual magnifier lens tool that measures 3/4" thick, 1 3/8" wide, and 2 1/4" long and got it to fit with the zipper closed. In fact it fit's better inside the case on top of the plastic pill box. Hope that helps. It's a great kit for the road!

Answer:	Yes you can but make sure that what you're replacing it with will fit inside because it's set up as Mon-Thurs on top row and rest of week on the second. Check measurements.

Answer:	I don't believe the eye drops would fit. The outside section is very tight and inside are attached, standard size flip open pill cases for each day. Since they are not removable, you'd not be able to put the eye drops in there instead.
