Answer:	They are made by the same company that makes Prevail (it says so right on the outer cardboard boxes the smaller bags come in) but I cannot say for certain that the underwear are comparable as I have never used Prevail.

Question:	can these be worn for just in case accidents happen person has special needs
Answer:	I decided to wear them instead of regular panties with an incontinence pad, because I was constantly in need of changing the pad. It got embarrassing when, I ended up wetting my outside pants and nothing to change into. Don't worry about just in case moments, I quit trying to be modest I went for a solution to an increase of urine.
Question:	How does the waistband on these compare to depends? are they more like the fit-flex or real fit? i prefer the elastic wasteband of the real fit
Answer:	This product is more like Depends fit-flex with no waist band. Depends Real-Fit has a waist band. This product is acceptable in terms of catching minor leaks. It does not fit as well as Depends Real-Fit. The leg holes stretch. The underwear slides down too easily when the sweat pants covering them are removed. Depends Real-Fit stays up until they are deliberately pulled off.
Question:	What is the difference between these and the ones just for women
Answer:	Some of the products that are just for women have shorter absorbent areas in both the front and back so that if you are wearing tight fitting clothing the products will be less noticeable when full. So they sometimes do not hold as much fluid. It might be useful to get a few of the ones for women to have on hand for special occasions since they are often slightly less visible under slinky party clothing, but they usually absorb slightly less too, so I would not recommend them overnight daily.
Question:	How much liquid do these hold? I'm trying to compare them to another brand designed for heavy incontinence
Answer:	Abena AbriFlex are by far the most absorbent pull up incontinence underwear that I have found. I use the L3 (large size with level 3 absorbency) successfully overnight on ordinary nights, but if I am extremely tired I are a booster pad, usually a Tranquillity brand Super Booster Pad. This will generally keep things dry for at least 12 hours, even if I drink water late in the evening, with total urinary incontinence. If I am likely to be asleep even longer, I stack two booster pads. If you need more protection than that, there are extra large booster pads that can be places inside pull up incontinence underwear, although some are so bulky that you might need a larger size of pull up incontinence underwear. Or you could use incontinence briefs which are put on more like a child's diaper. Abena makes AbriForm briefs with level 4 absorbency compared to the level 3 absorbency of their most absorbent pull up incontinence underwear. But the briefs are less elastic and much harder to put on so that they fit well if you are changing them by yourself. This is true of almost any brand of brief, although there are a couple of brands that are a little easier to put on than most briefs are. Briefs are used more for bedridden patients than for active people. So if you are independent and totally incontinent, I would recommend Abena AbriFlex S3, M3, L3, or XL3 unless you need a larger or smaller size. There are companies that make Youth and Bariatric pull up incontinence underwear if you need something smaller or larger, but I have not used them, so I cannot recommend any.
