Question:	embarrassing but I'M having a hard time inserting them any solutions
Answer:	The preservative they use (apparently sodium perborate,) is called a "disappearing preservative" by other manufacturers that use it. It apparently decomposes soon after you put it in your eye. This is apparently better then "the old" preservatives, especially benzalkonium chloride" (BAK), which I and most other folks with bad dry eye avoid "like the plague". It is hard to avoid BAK. ALL the cheaper drops seem to have it. Strange that the manufacturer avoids this issue. I presume it is because of copyright or trademark issues to do with wording. If I remember correctly "Genteal" was the first to use what it described a a "disappearing preservative" in about 2010 or so. It is of note that any preservative could probably cause some folks problems. "YMMV" (your mileage may vary : ) There is only one (that I know of) bottled artificial tear product that is unpreserved. I tried it and had a "3 out of 5 star" experience as the bottle (which had a special "filter" built in to prevent contamination) was pretty hard to use: it required a LOT of "squeeze" (& I'm a guy with pretty strong hands). Many users so complained. It was too expensive and troublesome. The whole preservative question is very important. You can cause blindness and other horrible outcomes really quickly using a contaminated product (which the preservatives help to prevent). EXERCISE ALL CAUTION with eye drops! If you think you have damaged your eyes with drops, see an eye doctor without delay.

Answer:	I bought the water solution that was advertised with the balls, used it on both solution and myself. Bend your knees Inserted large one first then second. Try to relax inserting slowly. It is tight even after they are in. There may even be a little discomfort at the beginning. I don't mean pain. Just a little discount. I laid there for a few until I got used to the feeling then got up and did a few light things around the house. Answer:	It's my understanding that you just go about doing whatever you're doing normally....your kegel muscles will be working automatically. I usually put it in while I'm taking a shower and getting dressed, or cooking/stuff around the house for 15 or 20 minutes.

Answer:	Our old version 1 was made of plastic. You might see some of pictures in the reviews have that style. We have retired the plastic version with the fishing line string because we developed our version 2 of this product that is made of medical/healthcare grade silicone. It is one single piece of velvety soft and comfortable silicone wrapping the weights and the string is just a silicone extension from the weight. There are no hard plastic parts, no metal clasps, no fishing line nylon, and no rims or edges where the plastic fits together that can collect dirt.Our version 2 made of silicone is far superior than any other weights on the market because we have solved all of the comfort and cleanliness problems related to using plastic weights and we include a range of 6 different silicone weights in our set, including our dark purple weight which is the heaviest and most challenging weight on the market. If you look at some of our competitors, especially those that only offer one or two weights, it is trivially easy to out grow them. The dark purple silicone weight in the Intimate Rose Kegel Exercise System is the heaviest weight available. Previously, the dark purple weight in the BPA-Free plastic version was the heaviest, but when we created this new version, we made the top end about 30% heavier. For the few women who are able to hold this weight easily, we recommend adding additional resistance by using the weights when power walking, doing yoga, pilates, ellpitical machine, or similar exercises to encourage extra movement and therefore making it more necessary to flex your kegel muscles to keep the weights in. We also recommend adding additional water-based lubricant when inserting the weights to reduce friction and encourage your muscles to tense to keep the weights from slipping out.
