Answer:	I would say they would be safer to use multiple times a day than a lot of others because they don't leave behind as much oil. They're very gentle and wouldn't irritate your skin. The only possible risk I could see is that, because they aren't as wet as some others, you have to use a little more force to remove makeup, but as long as you aren't scrubbing off waterproof eye makeup 3-4 times a day, I think you should be fine.

Answer:	In my experience with this product, it removes all the foundation and powdered makeups I use, although I do not use alcohol-based formulas, and am not familiar with them. This product leaves the skin very clean without over-drying.
