Answer:	After doing a bit of research for a new shoe for walking, ASICS Novablast was one of number of recommended shoes by orthopedists on a runner’s blog site. This shoe is very comfortable and has pretty good cushioning with neutral stability. I would really suggest that you try on a number of different running shoes because you should buy a shoe that matches your foot impact (pronator, supination, etc). The ASICS Gel Kayano is usually the best ASICS shoe. You may even consider Hoka One One which is another well-cushioned shoe since you haven’t specified what type of surface you run on. The Novablast is great for road running but not sure how well it does on trails (Hoka was designed by mountain trail runners). Hope this helps.

I have larger feet (124E) and it would have been very "high" to add the 3/4" of these inserts. I took my originals out and replaced them with these. But the inserts are short, so the front of my feet now lack any padding. It's not great. I'll try it the other way too. I wish their website didn't look like a bogus fly by night software site and had actually useful product information or contact links to answer these really basic questions.
