These shoes I really do believe realign your body. Knee pain is gone and my back feels better. I love these shoes.

Answer:	I also used to wear sketchers shape ups they are a great shoe. The Gravity shoe is different because the shoe insole hugs your foot, it offers support and structure for your flat feet. It does take some time to get used to them so when you buy them don’t give up when your feet hurt the first week or so. I don’t know anything about bunions so I can’t attest to that and these shoes. But, I think reguardleas because you stand on concrete all day your feet will hurt no matter which shoe you wear. Answer:	I do ,I wear work boots and do have a heal spur, I am always on my feet, up and down, I walk about 5 miles per I phone ,lol. I put the compression sock first and make sure my regular sock does not roll up the compression sock up. Sometimes it just takes getting used to the feeling of something tight on your foot, as others have mentioned. Some of the reasons that it could feel too tight is if you have a wide foot or perhaps a thicker foot than what we used as the norm. The next size up could provide the comfort you are looking for. Answer:	Thanks for asking - we do prefer that they be hand-washed, especially if you don't have a delicate wash cycle. Another reason for hand-washing is because there is less likelihood of getting a snag. So if you do opt to go with machine washing - it would be best to put them in a separate laundry bag or at least make sure there is nothing in the washer like zippers or snaps that can catch the sock itself. If you opt to dry them in a dryer, please use the lowest heat setting. Hope this helps!

Answer:	You could really pull this on and situate it on any part of your foot/ankle/leg that you like so it could work for that. But the gel is more of a cut out shape made to cover the back of the foot and achilles. I would suggest looking up products for "lace bite protection" as those will likely have a broader, more rectangular shape and be purpose made to cover the front of the foot/shin as they're meant to use with ice skates.
