Question:	Will these make me appear taller
Answer:	They are completely flat. No arch. The memory foam adapts to your foots shape.
Question:	It says pack of 1, and picture shows right foot, how do I order left foot as well
Answer:	This is for a pair.

Answer:	You can cut them down if they are too large. Men who wear size 10 can cut them down from size 13 to size 10. I don't know about the women's sizes. But again you can cut them down to fit your shoe.
Question:	I have suffered from chronic back pain for several years now. Would the lower back pain or the heavy duty support insoles be more beneficial
Answer:	Yes, they should. The insoles can be trimmed along the appropriate line (located on the bottom of each insole) to fit your shoe. I recommend trimming it one line at a time as I accidentally trimmed my first pair too much.

Answer:	I didn’t feel a great difference except on the heels. Otherwise my feet just below my toes hurt so much

Answer:	Dunno about Converse, but they are low profile enough to fit into my Asics shoes without even removing the old original insole. I love them.

Answer:	I think it would depend on how tight the boots are, if you're also wearing thick socks, etc., but they should fit yes.

Answer:	One pair ( 1 insert for each shoe) should cost approximately $50. If you go on the Dr. Scholl website - drscholl.com - you can print out a $10 rebate form.
Question:	how to choose the size
Answer:	I have mine in a pair of Nike running shoes and Sketchers Memory Foam shoes. Works fine in both pairs with the shoes inserts inside with the Dr. Scholl's insert.
Question:	Are these sold individually or do they come in pairs
Answer:	The cf440 inserts work well for flat feet. I have those in some of my shoes. The cf430 should work well also.
Question:	is this product vegan
Answer:	The front picture is deceiving,but the size is listed in the features section. It's also an add on, not the same one I myself ordered.

Question:	Does the gel side go down or up
Answer:	They are not socks. They are an insert that you can trim to the size of your shoe. Very comfortable, washes in machine and you won’t need to wear socks. I put a pair in all of my sneakers. Love them

Answer:	I haven’t worn them with open heeled shoes but I would think you can because the bottom is rubber....they wouldn’t slip. They’re awesome!
Question:	Do the insoles have enough arch support
Answer:	No Squeaking! :) These are soft and comfortable. I am in the chilly northeast, but before the weather changed, (and I had to pull out real socks and warmer shoes), I ended up with at least 4 pairs of these and I wore them in all my slip-on shoes and sneakers (anything I'd typically wear a no-show sock). I have washed them often and they quality does not change at all. I am glad I have them. Highly recommend.
Question:	Can I trim these to fit size 5 shoes
Answer:	A few hours. I usually wash them and leave them overnight
