Answer:	Yes, these are MUCH better! My doctor told me that Dr. Scholl's are not worth the money since they do not work because they do not support the feet correctly. These insoles are wonderful. My podiatrist said they were as good as the ones he sold in his office!

Answer:	This is a great question. I have very flat feet and I have tried the $$$$ podiatrist inserts and approx 20 different types of arch support insoles. My knees have become a chronic problem. When I wear "flat foot" inserts I have noticed that my ankles still rotate inward. About two years ago, I decided to order and test five different types of "high arch" inserts. Two of the "high arch" inserts lift my ankle into a normal position and I feel much less pain in my knees. The "flat foot" inserts that I have tried have a low arch and don't align my ankles, knees, and hips properly.
Question:	The sizing doesn't make sense to me. mens size 13 are way larger than womens size 10, so why arent these marked to fit larger womes sizes

Question:	Why don’t they make this product for women
Answer:	Size D - M 7-7.5 / W 9-9.5
Question:	do they come i 4x size
Answer:	I have not tried in a size 3 but look into the 3/4 length ones not full length. I have a pair and use them in dress shoes because it stops short of the ball of the foot/toes.
Question:	Would they fit a size 14/wide
Answer:	Very good for running (approx 15 miles per week) to mitigate Plantar Fasciitis. They're quite firm, which is why they work, but consequently they're not super comfortable. Wearing thicker socks helps.
Question:	Is this a single insert or pair
Answer:	These should be worn all the time, but yes, please don't go dancing without them. Just be aware, you may need to allow your feet to get used to them. Your feet may have gone a little flat (as most people's do), and you should wear them a few hours at a time at first, for the first couple weeks, bring your old insoles with you, so the arch in your foot can become strong again, they will be sore at first. It's completely worth it though. I even have a pair in my house shoes.

Answer:	The front picture is deceiving,but the size is listed in the features section. It's also an add on, not the same one I myself ordered.

Answer:	They are completely flat. No arch. The memory foam adapts to your foots shape.
Question:	Will size 13 work in size 14 shoe
Answer:	This is for a pair.
Question:	I wear a us size 13 shoe, i'm about 125 lb, and am about 6 feet tall. my arch circumference is about 9.5 or 10 in. which size might be best for me
Answer:	You can cut them down if they are too large. Men who wear size 10 can cut them down from size 13 to size 10. I don't know about the women's sizes. But again you can cut them down to fit your shoe.

How to use

Step 1: The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable - take them out first.

Step 2: Place your plantar fasciitis orthotics into shoe, fabric side up, to test for size. If needed, trim the orthotic along the outline (on bottom of orthotic near the toes) that matches your shoe size.

Step 3: Ensure that your orthotic lays flat against bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area. If it doesn't fit without bunching, continue to trim as needed.

Replace insoles every six months or at the first signs of wear.

Answer:	You can always trim them down, so order a size closest to what you wear. I love mine.
Question:	Do these have gel in the toes as well as the heel
Answer:	Yes. The entire insole has at least some gel.
Question:	Can these be used in women's boots with heels? I'm not looking for support, only to make the fit of the boots more snug, they are 1/2 size too large
Answer:	I used them in shoes that fit me and they made the shoes too tight. So if you’re trying to make your shoes fit more snug it would probably work.
