Two of the "high arch" inserts lift my ankle into a normal position and I feel much less pain in my knees. The "flat foot" inserts that I have tried have a low arch and don't align my ankles, knees, and hips properly.

Answer:	Don’t know what a curry 2 is but I have to say yes it would fit it. Why? Cause I have used these Sof Soles for about 8 years in a variety of shoes including tennis shoes and boots including work boots without any problems. Good luck!!

Answer:	I think these are about 3/16th of an inch thick. I returned mine because the gel on the bottom of these insoles started to break apart after 3 hours of tennis. They are probably okay for walking and normal use.

Answer:	They are basically indestructible, Need little care. Cleaning, wipe down with a damp cloth if needed. Treat like the inside of you shoe.
Question:	Does this move around under your feet? I currently have dr. Sholls and main issue i have is they move around making it feel very uncomfortable
Answer:	These move more than my Dr. Scholls. The Dr Scholls worked better for me. The blues hurt my feet.

Answer:	Start with blue. The support of the green can be too much for flat feet at times.
Question:	Has anybody tried these in ballet flats
Answer:	I use the 3/4 superset for my ballet flats. Unfortunately, they raise my heel so my ballet flats do not fit as well, but my feet are significantly happier at the end of a long work day-the trade off is completely worth it. FYI- I am on my feet for an average of 8-10 hours per day on a cement floor. Seriously. I noticed a huge difference. My feet felt significantly better at the end of my day using the 3/4 superfeet in my ballet flats.
