Answer:	Depending on the severity of your plantar fasciitis. It will cause your arch to be lifted into place. It can be tender until you get use to it. It will also help if you do a calf stretch for the plantar fascists. As far as the length it will be short because it is for the arch not an all over cushion.

Answer:	They work fine for running and quick direction change games like tag with elementary school kids as long as I glue them down. I glued them to my running shoes with about half a tube of Shoe Goo. That was a recommendation on a distance runners' forum. Before I glued them down, they slid around so much even during normal walking that it would dislocate my weak knee slightly so that it swelled after maybe 5 minutes. According to the same runners' forum, the sliding was because my laces were not tight enough or because they needed to be glued down. In any case, problem solved. They work fine with a little extra care.

Answer:	While the original idea of this item was constructive, the actual product itself doesn't really support the arch, for the curshion is too flat and its dimension is too ill-shaped to be effective. Worst of all, the wide black band on top of the feet limits its use, because it appears bold and almost vulgar for any shoes, even black one, and one can't wear it under most socks, unless they are thick and black.
Question:	Do these work for neuropathy
Answer:	Works for the constant dull plantar fasciitis pain by providing contant pressure of the arch padding when stepping. Neuropathy pain is more like prickling, sharp shooting or jabbing pain. If neuropathy pain like that, wearing these arch support will NOT prevent nerve pain.

Answer:	I am not a runner. But I am a walker. And I also do cardio floor exercises. So they work for me. They’re pretty thin, but do give me arch comfort. If you have ever had the more expensive Strutz brand, these do not have the thick sort of ball in the middle of the arch. For comfort, I like to wear these to walk and exercise and just go about my day in and the strutz I’ll wear to bed so when I wake up I can walk right away. Without pain.

Answer:	This product comes in 2E as wide width, but not Extra wide width.
Question:	Are these washable
Answer:	I just had a pair delivered last week. I wear a 9.5 with a 4E width. The ones I bought were 10.5 Wide. The hype on the size chart claimed the "Wide" would cover both 3E & 4E. Years back, the bones in my left foot were crushed in a motorcycle wreck, leaving the foot slightly wider with a higher instep. I assumed that if I got a size larger than usual it should fit. These shoes are great, Comfortable and durable. There's no give to the top of the shoe. Don't think it's going to stretch at all. We'll worth the money, but I may have to perform "surgery" to make it conform to my foot.

To ensure the best video and audio quality, it is best that the camera is used in an environment with reliable WiFi connection.
Question:	Do they have to go underneath the shoe insole? I have shoes that do not gave removable insoles
