Question:	Will these work in steel-toed work boots
Answer:	The toe area was wider than most wide shoes. My son broke both big toes years ago and is uncomfortable in most wide shoes in the toe area. He's happy with these.

Answer:	I ordered the extra wide. I feel it is about a 4e.

Answer:	Yes, these are steel toe shoes and I find them very safe.
Question:	is this product vegan
Answer:	It’s the same as a regular NB sneaker. I wasn’t sure either so I just googled the width chart and went with that. After over a month of use 6 days a week the shoe has performed as expected. Remember it’s an industrial sneaker not a running/walking shoe and there will be a break in period.

Answer:	These are very soft and comfortable. I had no problem with my shoes being to tight. Most comfortable insoles I've ever had.

Instruction for Cutting

Step 1. Remove the original insoles from your shoes.

Step 2. Place the new insoles with the original insoles back to back.

Step 4. Use a mark pen to draw a cutting line by tracing along the toe section of the original insole.

Step 5. Cut the insoles along the cutting line.

Answer:	Size D - M 7-7.5 / W 9-9.5
Question:	do they come i 4x size
Answer:	I have not tried in a size 3 but look into the 3/4 length ones not full length. I have a pair and use them in dress shoes because it stops short of the ball of the foot/toes.
Question:	Would they fit a size 14/wide
Answer:	Very good for running (approx 15 miles per week) to mitigate Plantar Fasciitis. They're quite firm, which is why they work, but consequently they're not super comfortable. Wearing thicker socks helps.
Question:	Is this a single insert or pair
Answer:	These should be worn all the time, but yes, please don't go dancing without them. Just be aware, you may need to allow your feet to get used to them. Your feet may have gone a little flat (as most people's do), and you should wear them a few hours at a time at first, for the first couple weeks, bring your old insoles with you, so the arch in your foot can become strong again, they will be sore at first. It's completely worth it though. I even have a pair in my house shoes.
