Answer:	They are pretty thin. There is a molded plastic plate in the arch and heel areas and the rest is a thin foam material. For me, there was above average support and pain relief, since most inserts I have purchased over the years have done little to nothing. Because they are thin, I put them on top of the insole that is already in the shoe instead of replacing them. They are more comfortable and work better than my specialty arch support inserts.
Question:	Do these insoles, for flat feet, have adequate heel cushion? I need this due to pain from heel spurs
Answer:	To my knowledge heel spurs can occur due to lack of arch and medial support of the foot. The Samurai by supporting those areas well will stop your heel from hurting. Tip , keep your calves well stretched and strong as tightness in that area will cause heel pain. The Samurai insole has remedied my heel pain when I run but calf stretches have helped me prevent any foot pain coming back. Give them a go they have been great for me!

Answer:	I use the 3/4 superset for my ballet flats. Unfortunately, they raise my heel so my ballet flats do not fit as well, but my feet are significantly happier at the end of a long work day-the trade off is completely worth it. FYI- I am on my feet for an average of 8-10 hours per day on a cement floor. Seriously. I noticed a huge difference. My feet felt significantly better at the end of my day using the 3/4 superfeet in my ballet flats.

Answer:	I don't think they are too high....but provide a nice curve for your foot. I used these, but also added arch-support inserts below to my hunting boots and was happy. I have a high arch. Answer:	I don't think there's a difference, that was the color they had in my size.

Answer:	Of course! I have plantar fasciitis and bought insoles recommended by my doctor. Although great for arch support, they are hard on my sore heel. Later on I ordered these and they not only have great arch support but they also have gel pad in the heal which for me is a blessing!

Answer:	They fit great and my boot has never fit better. Helped keep my toes warm in my ski boots. I cut them to size for the liner. No problems at some very cold days. The arch support helped tremendously. Seriously I never thought arch support was so essential in ski boots since I never had this problem in my usual shoes.
Question:	Can I wash them
Answer:	Mine are still new enough but I would think you could. You can choose hand wash with a mild detergent, just as it stated, I will do that when the time comes.

and leave them to dry out before placing them back into your shoes.

• Remove the insoles from your shoes to let them dry out. If you put the insoles in your

everyday shoes, they can easily get sweaty, so take them out every so often to let them breathe.

• Two pairs alternate use can greatly increase the service life.

• It's normal that wool fabric will have little smell. Do not worry.

HOW TO TRIM?

STEP 1: REMOVE

For the best fit, take out the removable insole.

STEP 2: LINE UP & TRACE

Place the old insole on top of the SLOW MAN, line up both the backs of the heels and the inside edges. Then use a pen to trace the outline onto the SLOW MAN.

STEP 3: TRIM

Cut along the OUTSIDE of the traced line. Don't worry if it's too long. you can always trim a little more. Trim it, try it...trim it, try it.

STEP 4: INSERT & TEST

Put the trimmed SLOW MAN insole into the shoe.

Is there any type of arch support in this insole

Answer:

Nope. 'Memory' foam only, of uniform thickness and density across the entire surface. I have been using these to replace my Skechers insoles after they wear out (after 2-3 months). I can always tell when it's time to replace insoles, as I get specific pains in my ankles. As soon as I replace the insole, almost within the same day, that pain goes away, and I'm good to go. I tell you this to make the point that these insoles last about the same time (for me, at least) as the Skechers's insole. However, $6 for a pair of these is a lot better than $40-$50 for new Skechers.
