User instruction:

1) First time using: open the silicon protective cap at side of insole, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. A red LED light indicates it is in heating mode. Red mode will change to Blue in 10mins.

2) Short press power button to switch temperature setting, RED/BLUE/GREEN indicates the high/medium/low mode.

3) Download the “MPS insole” APP, Once installed, the insole can be turned on and adjust temperature setting though smart device.

4) APP instruction: Refer to manual in the packaging



Recharging and Storage:

When the battery sign shows low battery on APP or the insoles turn off automatically because of the low battery, recharge the insoles using the Adapter specialized for insoles.

The Charging time is around 3 hours. If you don't use the insole for long time, please make sure the insoles are turned off and then store them. Suggest recharging the battery every three months if you store them for long time.

Answer:	No, sorry, not in sandals. But these will work great in any low rise low profile shoes.

Answer:	You can, but you don't have to. I put them right on top of the memory foam of my Sketchers and wear light socks. I don't have a problem with a tight fit because my feet are narrow. In my Brooks and Nike running shoes, I take out the crummy insole that is them and replace it with these. There is more cushion in these than in my Nikes plus I get the orthotic benefit for my neuroma.

Answer:	usually the hike in price is related to greed. but if its not (unlikely) it could be related to the trade issues with labor & manufacturing, materials, shipping, ect. its possible, if this was a recent price hike, its related to China and the trade issues there. but honestly is most likely because people will still pay it.

Answer:	depending on what type of shoes you will put these in, but I would recommend to buy size 7.I put mine (size 6) in regular running shoes it fits perfectly, although I usually wear size 5.

Answer:	I always put holes in my shoe inserts near my big toe. I have used these inserts for two big tournaments and have not had any problems yet. I think they will eventually break down, but they do a very good job, and I always have an extra pair since this came with three!

Question:	Would these fit my 10.5 curry
Answer:	My wife has the women's size 7 and the arch is about 7/8" at the highest point with the orthotic sitting on a level surface. I don't think they are unusually high. They are relatively stiff (but comfortable) and probably adjusted for the size to mimic where the arch of the foot should be located. I also had problems with plantar fasciitis on a couple of occasions in the past. Since I started wearing these orthotics, I have not had a problem. If you're having an issue with it now, try freezing a small drinking water bottle (16 oz.) and rolling it under your bare foot for about 1/2 hour (2-3 times per day) while you are sitting down. My doctor recommended this, and worked wonders for me.

Answer:	The Maxx would likely be a better choice for one who has mild pronation issues and a high arch as the heel on the Maxx version is slightly posted (angled) specifically to address that problem.

Answer:	I don’t believe cushioning is the difference. I believe that it is just the arch. Max has a higher arch. I’ve never purchased for Max but I remember the sales person at the store saying that.

Answer:	I wear Superfeet in all my ski boots and had them in hiking boots and winter boots as well. They last a really long time. However, they did not fully support my high arches in hiking boots and I dreaded long hikes because my feet would hurt so much. I thought this was normal. I tried Powersteps and the difference (after a few short break in hikes) has been dramatic. They corrected my under-pronation much better and no burning feet! And my hips are not longer sore. I agree they don't seem to hold up quite as well, but Superfeet are more expensive. What matters is how they make you feel and that is a trial and error proposition. I like that the Powerstep is as rigid as the green Superfeet. I bought a different but highly recommended foot bed that was soft and does not work as well. It depends on use. and users. These have been great for more athletic uses.

Answer:	My son uses one in his shoe..he wears 9 1/2.....I think a lot would depend on how much lift you need...I wear these daily, I do have another small cork wedge that I use under one of mine..my son changes them out with his dress shoes and boots....he didn’t like the way they fit in his tennis shoes....I’ve had mine for about 6 months and they have held up...I don’t foresee buying insoles any time soon......one other thing,some half insoles tend to slide down into the shoe, these don’t.they fit snugly in the heel...I’m extremely pleased with this insole....

I decided to continue using them as a preventative measure. I even bought a second set for other shoes. They trim easily with a guide molded into the bottom of the insole.
